Great little cafe with excellent food and coffee, friendly staff, cute dogs and walking distance down to the Wynnum Wading Pool. Fabulous day out and had a wonderful brunch, would definitely come back again!!

So lovely! The food is amazing, there's an entire menu for dogs (including ice cream), there's dog beds and blankets to make sure your furry friend is comfortable and the staff are so friendly and helpful

Absolutely worth the half hour drive, food was excellent, best banana bread I've ever had. Customer service excellent. Pup menu options were excellent and great portions. Prices were also excellent. Will 1000% be back

Fabulous coffee and friendly faces.
The pastries are delicious.
Claire and the team are lovely and always welcoming.
Definitely a favourite local cafe.
And it’s Doggo friendly.

I always love coming to Frenchies, especially because it’s so dog friendly. The staff are so friendly and always giving my pup a treat, which he will happily accept! Coffee is good and love the doughnut Fridays. So happy it’s a local cafe of ours!

Food and service were great. Good place to bring your dogs and they're very friendly towards them too (treats and pats).

Tried this cafe for the first time this morning (found through Google reviews for dog friendly cafes near the water). They seem popular and busy at approach and we were seated inside the cafe with our dog. We ordered the eggs benny, breakfast bagel and their dog friendly eggs and bacon meal for our pooch. Food came out quickly and the eggs for the benny was poached to perfection. Only a few small hiccups to our orders but the friendly and attentive staff made the experience pleasurable and issues rectified immediately. It was cool to have breakfast with our dog at a cafe! Also grabbed a delicious carrot cake on the way out.

First time went to Frenchies. Amazing food, great place to go to. Great workers. The workers are kind, friendly and are really helpful. They have amazing drinks my partner loves the Relax Smoothie in though he isn't a banana person but its so good and the drinks and juices are so good. Will definitely be going back.

I honestly wanted to love this cafe so much, I was impressed with the milkshakes and coffee, however the menu was disappointing. I think, with a little more thought put into the menu and recipes, this place would be an absolute sensation. The French toast was just purely disappointing and nothing like I've had before. More vegetarian/vegan/keto/ health conscious options would definitely boost business, catering for 'allergen' diets as well as having the dog friendly factor would make this place boom in my opinion.

Great food and coffee. Handy location and friendly staff.
We have twin babies and we choose Frenchies as the Cafe is always clean and hygienic.
Also the owners always accomodate our oversized pram and any other requests.
Very convenient during the working week as well for a quick coffee meeting or a place to sit and catch up on some emails.

We live almost an hour away and still make the trip down every few months (with our fur baby) because we love frenchies so much. Good food/coffee and plenty of space - surprisingly no where near as stressful as you would expect given there are so many doggos.

Great staff really friendly and hospitable also dog friendly the decor in the back is a cute little hideaway however the shopfront next door they use a little more reminiscent of a takeaway. On whole the food is ok, the coffee is ok, parking is ok but given the competition in this area it needs to step it up a bit.

The staff are the biggest asset here.

Generous meal sizes, friendly service and great coffee. I love that the cafe is dog friendly too and even has a selection of treats for your dog.

I go here every morning for my coffee prior to work, the staff including the owners are incredibly friendly and remember your name and order fairly quickly. The coffee depending on who makes it sometimes is a little bit of a hit and miss however have mentioned this to the owners and has since been fixed up. The decor is beautiful and seeing all the dogs in the mornings is a great start to your day. The food here is a little pricey however very flavourful and decent servings so I suppose it negates the price. Word of suggestion they have a loyalty card for $20 for 5 or 6 coffees (can't recall the exact amount) for a small, medium or large - it is amazing value and definitely worth purchasing.

Love this place. Pet friendly with many people bringing their dogs to sit next to them while they grab lunch. Coffees good and so was the lunch.

Besides Woofissimo, it is the second time I saw so many deco in a cafe related to the animals. The first thing attracted my gaze was the logo of this cafe, then pictures hanging on the wall, then statues of this French bull dog. I believe that the characteristic theme of this cafe definitely attracts a lot of customers by judging the seating capacity and numbers of staff working in the cafe. Honestly, my flat white and the banana bread were just average but the Frenchies really add a lot of good impression and score good marks.

Loved the fact they are doggy friendly here. You can sit outside & enjoy the passing parade on a Sunday morning. They do a reasonable coffee although it lacked strength for my taste. I enjoyed the lemon meringue desert however

Fantastic service, friendly and welcoming staff.
It's our favourite coffee fix in Wynnum.
Good food and coffee.
We've been several times and never been disappointed.

Great food great service great coffee. The staffs friendly service keeps bringing us back to this quaint cafe. The food come quickly and is delicious without being to over the top and is very well priced

We have a dog so when Frenchie opened in Wynnum as a "dog cafe" we were very excited and went to check it out straight away. We had coffee and Madeline cakes. The cake was lovely and coffee is good too. They made our dog feel welcome too. There was a special mat for her and a bowl of water and...

They were nice enough when they first opened but have been disappointing lately. Avocado was so underripe we couldn't cut it. Kids pancakes with ice cream was one rubbery pancake with no ice cream. Acai bowl came out 15 minutes after everyone else had already finished eating and was a watery slosh. Then there were the orders that never came at all. The coffee was okay and they gave us the acai for free when asked but not enough for us to ever consider going again.

Great staff, amazing atmosphere, the owners have found the true spirit to dog friendly.....and the food was delicious, we both couldn't finish our plates. The fur babies loved the complementary dog biscuits ❤️

Frenchies is, without question, one of the better cafes in the area. Always kept clean, and the novelty of multiple rooms to drink/dine doesn't seem to wear off. The coffee is reasonably priced, and while different baristas will go to varying efforts when it comes to presentation, the taste consistently is among the best in the district. Their mocha game is the strongest- most definitely worth a visit.

Great place, amazing food and coffee not to mention friendly staff and quick service. Truly pet friendly cafe, well done Frenchies Cafe you have made massive difference to so many people in both Wynnum and Manly, love visiting your cafe!

The coffee is average. The food is pretty good as is the service. It is worth a visit if you are not fussy about your coffee. If you are just after a takeaway breakfast then it will suit you. Not a great choice but tastes pretty good.

Inconsistent sadly. The Owners and staff are very friendly and it has so much potential for great coffee and food but the coffee is so inconsistent. There is a lovely young blonde girl who is an excellent barista and always gets it right but the rest do not sadly. The food is much the same - highs and lows such as cooked but not toasted bread?? hard avocado but delicious relish and lindt cookies.....too inconsistent for us.
