After dinner @ the Green Tea restaurant, we felt like to have some sweet, so walked down to visit this ice-cream place. Honestly, the location was not very eye-catching, however, the neon light did help a lot to attract traffic. Not felt like to have very heavy stuff, so ordered the traditional two-scoops with cone and another with triple scoops without cone. Taste was good, particularly it was so cool to have it as summer dessert. I think I have missed their ice-cream sandwiches, which sound delicious and interesting. Well, never mind, I would come back for it.
I wanted to try one of the ice cream sandwhiches for some time.
I had the big boi, was brownie, salted caramel icecream and Oreos.
I like how it was served but would like the package to seal at the bottom.
I loved the icecream. Had a really good mix of salt and caramel. You could taste both. I think I would have preferred a cookie outer than the brownie but was nice.
Is an occasional treat. I could hardly eat any of it at all as it was huge.
Cool little ice-cream place hidden down the wide streets in the valley. The ice creams are pretty good , average range, waffles was made fresh and toppings where pretty standard. Overall a nice place to go for ice cream, no as amazing as their sister shop chester st bakery.
Is there anything better than an ice cream cookie sandwich, the size of your head?! Yes! One that's also smothered in amazing milk chocolate from a chocolate fountain. I walked into Mister Fitz's for the first time, squealing like a little kid in a candy shop. The staff were incredibly patient with me while I asked to taste 5-6 of their ice creams and describe the soft-hard ratio of their various cookies 😂. The decor makes you feel like your inside Barbie's dream house (perfect!) and the ice cream selection includes some out-of-the-box flavour combinations. After receiving and devouring my mammoth creation (I chose the heavenly Nutella ice cream with 1 MnM cookie and 1 Coconut cookie), I can confirm I will be a repeat customer... as soon as I can fit into these jeans again...
We're at the Lytton Rd store and they were shutting in 15, so rang the Valley store who said they were shutting at 10:30pm. We get there at 8:40pm and they tell us closing in 5 minutes ... Hopeless. But what can you expect when the place is being run by 15 year olds.

Great, creamy ice cream. Dropped by on the way home from dinner in the valley and it was the perfect way to cap off a night! I liked the range of toppings!
I have ordered the pink salt sandwich ice cream and added all those toppings. Even though the ice cream sandwich don't look like much, it is definitely way too much for one person to finish and the service is fast as well, next time will share with another person when ordering a sandwich ice cream
Tried their pink salt caramel ice cream together with the cookies and cream. The combination was delightful. The pink salt richness and sweetness was balanced by the cookies and cream. A great combination. Can't wait to come back and try something different.

Ice cream sandwiches, soft serve and milkshakes...they've got it all, served up in a throwback atmosphere. Â Friendly service, good ice cream and a very positive experience. Â Wish the South Bank location was this good.
This place does great ice cream sandwiches and thick shakes. Plays 90s party tunes over the speakers. Very colourful decor. Fun atmosphere and good service.
Tasty! I liked the bacon add ons. The ice cream sandwiches are a little bit pricey but worth it. Had to wait a very long time though so wish it could have been faster. Loud Beyonce blasting which I'm sure some are into.
As we just came from a big feed from Les Bubbles we didn't want to over do it which I've heard can easily be done here. We just got a cup of the new milo soft serve. It was exactly what we wanted and very nice and creamy but not as heavy as some of the other sugar overloads they offer.
OMG!
Ice cream cookie sandwiches. Tried the double chocolate cookie with pink sea salt icecream, and the white choc peacan cookie with banana, maple and bacon icecream.
Be prepared for a sugar overload!

For something that seems like a fad it sure doesn't look like anyone else is doing this. I've been seeing instagram posts of Mister Fitz for the longest time and never had the opportunity to try. But considering a post steak meal (courtesy of Les Bubbles) must always be followed by dessert, we headed down around the corner to Mister Fitz. And can I say it did not disappoint. We had the white choc & m&m cookies sandwiching a pink sea salt & caramel wheel of icecream. Yes it will give diabetics a coma and your kids an energy spike. But it's sugar in more sugar. And deiciously done it is.
Had to try for the gimmick; if you're after dessert this really is a pretty well priced option considering Cold Rock is substantially more expensive with less cute decor. We shared the nutella cookie, nutella ice cream with crumbled twix topping; $9 and pretty tasty (easily shared). Cookies were semi-soft, and ice cream isn't that overly sweet.
Yum. Oh my gosh... Yum. Best dessert ever. Home made Icecream and all. Went here on a quiet Monday night and had good service. I had a cookie dough base w Nutella Icecream. I shared it with my husband and still got sweet overload sickness :P
For around $10ish you can satisfy that sweet tooth. Mister Fitz makes you feel like a little ice cream sandwich artist. You pick your cookie flavour, ice cream, and your toppings. It gets a little messy, but totes worth it!
YUMMMMM, the ice cream sandwiches were wayy to big to tackle alone... I would recommend sharing! ... The coffee ice cream is the best thing to hit this earth!
What a cute place! Mister Fitz makes me feel like I'm in a 1950s ice cream parlour!
I wanted to give the ice cream sandwich a go but I had just had a big dinner so I settled for one scoop of 'No Diggity', the Nutella ice cream. It was great! I'll have to come back and try the ice cream sandwich some other time.
Worth trying, and a good steady dessert option. This time I tried the white chocolate cookies with banana & bacon ice cream topped with marshmallows.
Delicious ice cream sandwich! I had the peanut butter and Nutella cookie with chocolate ice cream and twix topping! Yum!! Definitely a nice treat. Decor is cool and the service is relatively quick considering the big queue of people!
I've been here twice now and both were great experiences (granted, first time was for the launch!). My top picks for the cookies are red velvet, white chocolate & pecan, and chocolate chip. The milk and cookies ice-cream is by far my favourite, it's tasty but not too sweet which makes it an ideal choice to wedge between the cookies - and add toppings! I love the salted pretzels, twix and candied bacon toppings in particular.
Someone complained about the music on here - I love the mix!! In my opinion, mister Fitz is a cool and affordable hangout for dessert. Tried the banana/candied bacon/French fries milkshake tonight too but I think I prefer the custom ice cream sandwiches :) Thanks Damian Griffiths - you've done it again!
Mister Fitz's ice cream shop!! The moment you look at the shop it's got this retro feel - the layout, sitting arrangement, the music- a good vibrant feel. Their major major seller is their ice cream sandwich. At 8dollars a piece is absolutely worth it. You get to choose from a choice of cookies (I went for the choclate chip cookie) approximately 8 of them which are made onsite so you might also get them hot, then add in your choice of ice cream (I chose caramel ice cream and it was yum) amongst a huge spread of homemade ice creams and to to top it up you can for mini marshmallows(I selected), m&m's, etc. they put this in a small packet and voila you are served.. Believe me it was yum and it was huge took me some time to finish it. A perfect finish for any day. Enjoy
Mister Fitz is the latest Damian Griffiths brainwave which is probably about to sweet the country ala Doughnut Time. It's focused on making ice-cream 'the old fashioned way' put together with two cookies to make delectable ice-cream sandwiches. Luckily, the cookies are soft which doesn't mean you end up squashing your ice-cream everywhere. There are a heap of varieties to choose from, and you can mix and match each cookie. Then there are a tonne of flavours of ice cream to choose from and toppings to add for a $1 each. I can't say the ice-cream beats the likes of L!CK ice-cream, but as far as ice-cream sandwiches go, they are up there with the best purely because you can customize them so much (Hello bacon on ice-cream!) :D
Holy crap ice cream sandwiches - pick the cookies, pick your ice cream, pick your toppings! Definitely worth trying out, another great Brisbane establishment by the minds behind Doughnut Time, Alfred & Constance & Les Bubbles.
Came in here to try the ice cream sandwich that is all over instagram! And im super pleased that i did! I had one brownie and one chocolate chip cookie with the m&m ice cream and oreo cookies and crushed nuts, so pretty much the works lol!
Friendly service, beautiful shop!
Thanks for the treat
Another great spot from the A&C/Doughnut Time family. Nice big store on a quiet little street in the middle of the valley. Lots of really good options available like Nutella cookies, passionfruit ice cream and so much more. I can't wait to go back and try some more creations!
I do love me some Mister Fitz but you are guaranteed to feel sick after an ice cream sandwich and you will be flat out finishing it. But don't let that stop you, its quite an experience and a cool vibe at the shop.
Best hot waffle I ever had!
Super tasty. Price for this bomb is okay!
Mister Fitz is a hip little place right at the end of Chinatown, with a lovely artsy decoration and friendly staff.
Loved the ice cream sandwich and especially the Nutella cookies!
Definitely recommend it!
Just had the "Sticky AF". Translation: sticky date pudding brownie with coffee and honeycomb icecream, topped with pretzels and sticky sauce...omnonomnom...
Great place to end the night with a sweet treat. Plenty of ice cream flavours and options. Waffle cone, cup or sandwich with cookies.
