This is a 'bar' with a personality.
Long and thin in the northern suburb of Sandgate, the pub is run by 4 friends (I think) who are all about providing a fun time for all their patrons.
While they don't directly serve food, they do occasionally order foods for local places for consumption.

Excellent venue fir a party. Brilliant owners which go out of their way to make your night supreme. We had our Australian Modern Barber Awards night at Henderson and will be back for more events in the future. Huge hugs
Very low budget pub attraction bogan patrons
Bad food and service need a lot to be desired. Wait staff talking about people and other staff, not good
Recommend not to go there
Really enjoyed my evening at Mr Henderson’s. The whole joint has a great atmosphere without being too loud so you can actually sit and have a chat amongst a group of friends. Friendly and knowledgeable bar staff and a good range of beers, on tap and in the fridge. Being able to source good local foo
Awesome little spot. We have been having our whisky nights on a monthly basis and the venue is great. Good pizza from a local provider and they have some awesome beer selections
I love this place and have celebrated several very special occasions here. Owner and staff always super friendly. Lovely indoor area though a really fabulous outdoor area giving more space. Occasionally having music and food vans as well
Hands down the best pub in Brighton and a cornerstone of the community. Food truck nights, whiskey tasting events, tiki Saturdays with butt-mugs and a cocktail shaking Tony. This venue has it all! Is 6/5 stars an option?
We had a great time playing at MrHenderson the other night.
A cosy 1970s lounge-vibe is complemented by eclectic artwork on the walls and a strangely at-home looking upright piano. While the stage area is small, it provided an intimate experience not unlike the every-growing popular house concert.
