Quite a nice place. Dined here twice already.. the pork salad was really delicious. The only complaint I might have is that the salad is quite pricy.. however, the portion isn’t too bad at all.
This place is great! Saw the bad reviews and was worried. But it was too late and I was already seated...The service was fast and friendly and the food was bang on! The Pad Thai now holds the crown as the best I’ve ever had and the steamed dumplings were the best. Give these lads a chance.
Hubby and I came here before heading to QPAC to see the bodyguard (plug - great musical!) The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered some of our all time faves - hainanese chicken and rice and wonton noodle soup and both were great! We also shared the veggie spring rolls which were amazing & come wrapped in an amazing rice paper lattice. Fresh fruit juices/mocktails, an all round yum experience. Will definitely be returning.
This little gem of a restaurant/cafe ended up becoming our go-to cafe during our five-day stay in Brisbane. We tried a couple of other places but they didn't compare. The food was fresh, delicious and authentic and the service was prompt and attentive. Excellent value for the quality and cost of meals. Will certainly go back to it on our next visit!
Excellent food! 4 adults, 3 kids. We had the steamed ginger chicken gyoza, vegetarian spring rolls, fried wontons and sugar cane prawns for entree and they were all delicious. The filling of the wontons was extra tasty and the steamed gyoza were a treat. For mains we had the rice w porkchop/pork meatloaf/egg: generous serving and delicious with fish sauce. Others had rice BBQ pork paper rolls and the lemongrass and blue ginger curry which was also delicious!
Noted that on Sundays they don't have banh mi available. Food was very quick and service was friendly. More expensive though then Vietnamese food down the road in west end.
If the rest of the items on the menu are as good as the fish curry then this will become a favorite haunt of mine. The curry is just the right heat and well proportioned. The service is fast, friendly, but not intrusive. Lovely ambiance and a good selection of beer on tap round out the experience.
They stopped making the fish curry. Too bad.
Yummy and fresh... nice service and a good selection on the menu. Not the best wonton soup we've ever had but the sugarcane prawns on the salad were amazing!
Nice atmosphere with indoor and outdoor tables. Food is standard with Vietnamese and Thai dishes. Went for dinner and they had run out of Bahn Mi early in the morning so get in early if you want one. Their mocktail is very nice. Pricey. Order at the counter, no table service.
Located at the west end, a very good Vietnamese Restaurant. Sitting by the window in the afternoon is a kind of enjoyment.
We ordered Hainanese chicken. Normally, Hainanese chicken is Malaysian cuisine, and the Vietnamese-style Hainanese chicken sauce has a sweet and sour flavor. Quite special.
I forgot the name of the other dish. The soup is sweet. But I love it.
10/10 highly recommend!!
Both the Pad Thai and Green Curry are absolutely delicious! One of the best Thai Restaurant in West End.
Had the Hainanese Chicken Rice. Good quick lunch.
I work around the corner and I’ve often visit phuc deli for lunch. I’ve tried almost every single dish that is on the menu. Have to admit some of the best dishes I’ve had. Fulfilling, fresh, and tasty. To top it off, the sate chilli and lime chilli is absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend others to give it a try!
