I'm not a local, and only stopped in to this place to grab a snack while out that way running errands. Tons of locals eat there, and I can see why. Good prices, fresh seafood and a nice, simple approach. It's a non-descript place in a really basic set of shops, but it's really, really worth checki
1) Ordered sweet potato chips but get normal chips 2) Ordered two salmon dinner deals. One one finger size, while either one is good size. They charged same price for sure. Attached photo for interest :)
Celebrated my daughter’s 1st birthday party 🥳 here.Food was delicious. Amazing staff. Thank you so much Jenny for helping us with decorations and food choices.
Honestly mate If your feeling hungry and u want a decent burger get the hamburger with the lot that thing is the juiciest and most delicious burger I’ve ever had.
Battered Whiting was amazing! Battered or crumbed on-site. (Not frozen stock) Chips cooked in clean oil, salted to perfection. Had the seafood platter, it was nicely cooked and tasted good.
I must say it is the best fish and chips shop I have been so far. Old school setup is the extra. Very basic as what it should be. Great taste.
Fish was nice, burger not so good. Salad not as good as I remember. Ordered on line for a specific time and when I went to collect was not ready and had to wait another 25 mins. Expensive, due to 15% surcharge. Overall not good value for money and quality very average.
