We had a really good casual dinner here and even washed it down with a glass of wine. The staff were friendly and service was good. It was not too busy despite being a Saturday night. The good thing about Grill’d is that you know what you’ll be getting. It is consistent good. We all enjoyed our meal.
Great food! Excellent burgers and a veryy nice atmosphere to relax and chillout after a busy day! Highly recommended!! Would definetly visit again
Tuesday night at Grill'd West End is where it's happening. On Tuesday nights is "Chips & Tunesday"
New Moon Witch 77 friend "Freckle" is just one of many who sing their original songs to the diners and the place was busy and bustling and enjoying the free entertainment and complimentary fries with every burger!
With this god damned Food restriction diet, I was pleasantly surprised how well the handled my requests of "No onion, No Garlic, GF bun" and still brought out an amazingly tasty burger! Menu has changed from the last time I have been, so I really like all the new choices, with a few old faithfuls still there too.
I had a Nourish & Flourish with complimentary chips and New Moon had her faithful Bird & Brie.
With a glass of Shiraz which was pleasantly smooth, I am so glad I made the effort to venture out on a work night!
Pleasantly surprised at how decent the beef burgers are here! A good option if you're looking for a convenient, fast food burger fix. Not as impressed with the Moroccan lamb burger - I guess I was looking for more zing.
The sweet potato chips are quite nice here, and the zucchini chips are not bad - just a bit too oily. Staff here are friendly and do a good job.
The staff here were very friendly and accommodating on a hot muggy afternoon. The Baa Baa burger was served quickly and the meat patty was juicy and tasty. There is a good combination of individual and communal tables both inside and in the laneway. There is a nice vibe here.
Love Grill'd burgers and the West End store certainly delivers what you expect. Five out of five for the staff here though - so much better than any other Grill'd I've been to. What a great team you guys have!
I enjoyed my burger here, but my dining companion did not. I liked the fact it was healthy & grilled & was vegetarian (I opted for the vegetarian burger with beetroot salad etc you could say an Aussie classic without the meat!) Friend chose the felafel & commented it was rather dry. Service was fast & there are tables to sit or you can take away. At $11.5 they are not the cheapest of burgers, but no complaints from me. Great healthy option loved it
Excellent. Great place! It's a franchise, ok, but very well run, friendly, with a community aspect as well where you can vote for charities etc. Recommend it!
Consistently good and live music. As with most Grill'd bars, the food is consistently good; however West End Grilld offers something a little different; chips and tunes-day (Tuesdays) where original musicians can showcase their music. The franchisee's are friendly and even get up and sing along with a song or two. They have also recently invested in a large canopy for people who want to eat outside.
The Bird n Brie burger on trad bread with a small chips is by far the best burger I've ever had. it's so good that I've not managed to try anything else on the menu in the 4 years that I've been eating burgers at Grilled. They also stock a nice selection of beers, one of which is also my all time fav - the Little Creatures Pale Ale. thank you Grilled, your work is masterful.
I have visited this franchise in 2 different locations. The burgers are great and the service at this location is exceptional. I am referring to the older guy with a bandana..
Grill'd West End. A great place to eat with a relaxing atmosphere! The salads and burgers are so flavoursome and fresh. The service is efficient and the staff are friendly. Love the live music and the support it offers to the needs of the community via bottletop voting system. The chips and dipping sauces are perfect.
Best Burgers I've ever had. I have been here a number of times now and have to say that of all the burger places around town West End Grilled is the best. The food always seems to be so much better than other places, always fresh and tasty, perhaps it is because the staff are so amazingly attentive and seem to genuinely enjoy working here that they really care how they make the food. The gluten free buns are the best, I am gluten intolerant and so find it difficult to find a place that has good gluten free food. You haven't had a burger until you have had one at Grill'd in West End
My favorite grill'd branch. Always good food and friendly service. I have probably been about 40 times last year. :)
The best burgers in Australia...even taste healthy...the best chips too, perfectly seasoned with rosemary and salt. Great service with casual dining
Good. I like this place. The older guy from South Africa is really nice, and attentive. The burgers were good but they were pretty skimpy with the goat's cheese on the lamb/goat's cheese burger- needed more. The chips and salsa are very tasty :) The thing that ruined my night (but was not the store's fault) was the half drunk Sudanese guy in the alley who kept coming up to the outside tables asking for money and touching people. I was the only female at a table with 3 men, and he touched my shoulder like 5 times. (NOT okay!) We promptly left before any violence occured, so did the table beside us. SIT INSIDE. We allerted the older guy and told him to go away, thanks you Grill'd West End, I'll be back! :)
Amazing service. Just wanted to say that the service is amazing at Grill'd West End. I went here with my boyfriend last night and the man (older guy who wears a bandana) that took our order went out of his way to provide us with excellent service. He checked that everything was okay with our order a few minutes after we received it and said "Bye John" as we left (he remembered my boyfriend's name from when he gave his name for our order 20-30 minutes earlier). The burgers were really tasty too. :)
Love this place. Such nice staff and the food has so much flavour. I'd definitely recommend trying it out.
Best Gill'd in Brisbane. I like how the food is always fresh here, rare for a burger place.
More than your standard Grill'd. Well the food is all pretty consistent. I have never been disappointed by a Grill'd burger and they've been pretty good about updating the menu. Even the gluten free bun here is pretty amazing.
My main praise of this branch is how much it manages to feel like a community burger joint. They've got good seasonal events and weekly open mic nights. They not only sponsor local charities/organisations with their bottlecap voting scheme, but have also sponsored local events.
Brilliant job in bringing a tasty chain restaurant into the community.
Love it!. The brand is consistent and the burgers are delish. The West End staff are particularly vibrant and the service is fast and friendly. The lunchtime queue is a good indicator - get in line!
Nice funky interior with friendly staff. The manager is usually there too and is hands on and present - nice to see.
Menu items similar to other Grill'ds across town. Food came out fast and service was good.
This is my absolute favourite Grill’d store, and it’s my local - which makes it extra special. The staff are super friendly, very welcoming & genuinely cool West End people! The food is fresh, delicious and always an enjoyable experience. This store is always busy, and like many of it’s regular punters, I always walk home very happy! There are plenty of tables in store, if you want a quieter vibe, head to the seating at the back of the store, air conditioned so it’s a bit cooler.
My friend and I really like this place♡ I think almost menus are good. Especially, beef patty is very juicy I like it
I tink, This burger is perfect! very fresh and chips is hot! n A worker recommend to me about chip dips (sweet chili mayo). It was nice choice and They are very kindly.

Nice staff, tasty burgers, great atmosphere.
Consistent and tasty. I find grilled can be a hit or miss based on location. But this one always serves up fresh and well presented burgers. The fries.. Well they're still grilled fries, but that can't be helped. Staff are always friendly and plenty of seating. The Uber eats line up can at times be off putting but the back room is quiet.

Friendly staff, excellent burgers although slightly pricey. And staff need to understand the food a bit better. As a chef I don't need to argue that mayonnaise is emulsified oil not cream for 15 minutes... Definitely try the new plant pattie too. Beats most real meat patties hands down.
