Review Four Winds - Brisbane

We went here for lunch today and it was lucky we had a reservation as it was fully booked out. The view is amazing and we never got tired of looking at it. The buffet is set up well with stations on opposite sides of the restaurant so it doesn't get too crowded. There isn't loads of selection however we enjoyed the scallops and fresh prawns. The jaffa cake and cherry slice were also pretty good. Raj on front desk was very polite and friendly. We parked in the buildings carpark and they validated our ticket whedn we paid which was super convenient. Dirty plates were cleared by the time we returned back to the table. We paid $51 for lunch today on a special and we felt it was excellent value. We would recommend.

what an amazing restaurant. I thought it might be a dinosaur from times gone by but was presently surprised. The smorgasbord spread was amazing and the quality superb. the main attraction of gold coast views does not disappoint. it was worth attending the lunch as you get to see so much more in the daylight hours. very well priced for what is delivered. the only fail would be where the toilets are situated.

This is an amazing experience..... take you time and enjoy the view while dining in on seafood. Customer service was great and the food was very fresh, Carrie was awesome in looking after us. Would have given this 4.5 stars if I could. They do have a cheese platter but needs bit more variety if you are a cheese lover.... other than this.... it's worth every bit.

The view is good especially you come around 6pm-6.30pm when you can see the sunset 🌅, really beautiful. Great food and fantastic service although unable to sit next to the window. Next time will come early. What can we expect more for the view and the service for this price?

I love seafood and I enjoyed their food and dessert. There are many seafood ; scollop, oysters, muscles and prawns and there are lot of salad as well. As well as that, there are so many desserts. I love their desserts. That’s so nice. I thought it would be good to have dinner while watching outside but actually it’s too dark. I could not see beaches. I think it is better to come during day and have high tea maybe.

Nice food, okish price, but ££ be y Aus prices. Good wine selection, prices across all ranges. Open for lunch and tea at the weekends. In summer best to go as light till late, so you can see the world go by... In winter sunset happens as the open 1730 on the dot( the lift is key controlled to stop guest going up to take pictures during closing hours)

We had the high tea here and had a lovely time. The price is very reasonable considering the amount of food that is served. You will easily be able to fill up on all the different foods. From sandwiches, macaroons, tarts and scones. Bottomless tea and coffee too. The view is amazing and considering its the only revolving restaurant in Queensland it's a must visit if you want to see the Gold Coast from high.
