I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. We've been eating here since it opened and have never had a bad meal. Perhaps people have too many different expectations of what Thai should be.
Love it! Albeit on the fringe of Wynnum in some regard there is plenty of parking, and the service is fantastic. The food is well priced and always perfect. The atmosphere to dine in is quaint and very comfortable but equally given it's location it's a breeze to grab takeaway from on the way home. We really love this as our quiet 'date night' local.
Good tasty Thai tucker here campers ;) often have the lunch special in-house or have delivery hero drop off dinner always nice and with good body not just the watery sauce one often gets at other establishments.
Food was great full of beautiful fresh vegies unlike many Thai places. Service was fast and very pleasant. It was pretty busy for a week night so you may need to book. So glad it's not far from me it will definitely be my new take away

I've been twice and the food is lovely but both times I have found the lady in charge rude. She's not very welcoming. She should take some advice from her staff who are friendly.
Never Disappoints!!. We have been regulars at May's Thai since it opened last year and every meal has been delicious. The ingredients are always fresh and tasty. Our particular favourites are satay vegetables and tofu and the yellow curry is fab.
Highly recommend both eat-in and takeaway.
Busy Busy Busy. A ripper of a Thai restraurant! I see that it is also listed in Manly, well this is the one in Wynnum. Gets surprisingly busy, maybe due to just opening and the much starved dinning crowd of Wynnum-Manly wanted to give it a go. In anycase call ahead and make a booking.
BYO, food is great, nice decor and service. Try the coconut rice. The sweet coconut works really well with a salty/spicing curry and Thai Salad. Love the money bags, they look great on the plate. I ordered a "thai hot" Tom Yum and hot it was without a doubt however I did miss the depth of flavour and aromatic complexity I expect from great Thai. But this is Wynnum and I am now a regular at May's. Well done.

This is a family run place. The rear tables are usually full of takeaway paraphernalia and the whole family gets involved in the work. The food is top notch, always consistent and excellent service.
Definitely recommend this Thai place for eat in or take out.

Lovely little Thai with fresh, well seasoned food. The lunch deal was only $9.90 and included a stir fry or curry, rice and two springrolls. Food was tasting well. Dishes were not served at the same time, so if that is important to you, better ask. indoor seating. This restaurant made the impression of being quite popular as all tables were occupied.
Hands-down to the best Thai food that I've ever tried in Brisbane! Great food and a generous amount of serving. Highly recommended to everyone!
Fried rice is the best in the area, understandably busy on a Friday night but made sure to get us food promptly. Kevin had outstanding service.
