Went here on Saturday morning for breakfast with my partner. We went just after 9am which seemed like a good time. It wasn’t too busy. We waited around 30 minutes for our food and coffee. They came out at the same time which I thought was lovely, as a lot of people do enjoy having their drinks with their meal. Even though the wait time was quite long for a place that didn’t seem busy, working in the industry, I didn’t want to ask where our food was, as we as customers don’t know what’s happening behind closed doors, and they could of been having issues with their grill or what not. When the food did come out, we both scoffed it back as we were very hungry. It was defiantly worth the wait! The food was amazing as was the coffee!! Will defiantly be back! Service was great too! Our waitress was very bubbly and didn’t take herself too seriously, which I enjoy, as it makes the place feel more welcoming and homely. Thanks for the awesome feed guys! Was also only $40 for two meals and coffees, which these days is hard to find!
this was an amazing time at Oliver's at Manly. The service was awesome - freindly, helpful and very hospitable. made us feel very welcome without being pushy. The. food was delicious and full of flavour. presentation of food was perfection. i loved the shabby chic interior look. overall an awesome plsce to stumble overand will definetly go back and tell my freinds about too
Feeling peckish after a morning meeting at Lota, I walk up the steps to Oliver’s at 9.30am today. The restaurant is empty apart from two patrons. I am greeted on entry and I ask to sit out front, overlooking The Esplanade and the Yacht Club.
Within minutes my double shot Latte is served by a friendly and tastefully attired Barista/Waiter. As I sip on my hot, strong and full flavoured coffee, I take the time to admire this beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean restaurant. From my elevated position I can see moored yachts several hundred metres away.
My nicely presented “Little Breakie” is served and it smells appetising. The thick sliced toast, rösti, chipolata, fried egg and bacon are freshly prepared and served hot. I really enjoy this meal which I dub “Best 2018 Breakfast” to date. And priced at $11.90 it presents good value.
As I leave Oliver’s I thank and commend the Chef. Thank you and well done guys!
Delish breakfast today!!I
I read the reviews and thought should I or shouldn't I and obviously I did with no regrets..was seated straight away and food and coffee came out within 15 minutes!!
Breakfast tasted fresh and well presented..will definitely be back again☺

Went for lunch on a Sunday a few weeks ago. Got a table, order taken and food served in good time. Meals were lovely and the drinks (non-alcoholic) were very generous. More of the coconut and lime sauce please!!!!!!!!
The grilled barramundi with salsa was really well cooked and only $18.90.
Service was friendly and fast. Well done :)
Best eggs Benedict in Brisbane. My wife and I go out regularly for breakfast in and around brisbane, I have found their eggs benedict with salmon the best and my wife raved about the corn pancakes! Great service and a awesome location.

Wonderful. It has a beautiful shop, and the food is very well priced. The food is wonderful and the girls out the front do a great job on Sundays when it is so busy. I will now be a regular :)
Excellent food - nicest in a long time. I had the grilled barramundi with prawns and my partner had the Atlantic salmon. Presentation was excellent and cooked to perfection! The lady that served us was really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!!
We dine at olivers often, lovely place , the presentation is sensational , where do they get those plates? The sand crab lasange is the absolute best . The best around .

Oliver's has done a good job. I took my wife out for an anniversary breakfast and cannot think of any criticism. Even though it was raining the attending waitress was just lovely. attentive, cheerful and made us feel welcome. The breakfast were perfect. I seriously cannot fault one thing about our short but lovely visit.
Wonderful experience. We go to manly regularly but this is the first time we have been to olivers. After dissappointment in other places near by we wish we had tried it earlier. As soon as you walk in the place gives a sense of charm with a wonderful gift section which i spent 20 mins browsing even before we sat down. then things kept on going well. food, service and price. what can i say "Try it " . especially the crab lasagne on the specials board . hopefully its still there for a while so we can get more.
Love it. We are a regular at Oliver's and we love their coffee. The service is with a smile and their meals are amazing. We recommend the blue swimmer crab lasagne. :)
Excellent. I was a bit hesitant to book here after reading a few reviews, but I decided to dine at Oliver's anyway, and i'm glad I did. The food is fantastic and the staff are pleasant. I will definitely dine here again.
Researched local restaurants and took a bit of a punt as they all had good and bad reviews. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food, the staff performance and the evening was a great success. We had 3 courses, delivered promptly but not rushed and we were finished in an hour and 45 mins then we enjoyed the coffee and atmospohere. Good range of wines available. Decor and ambience was modern, classy and clean. We had a table overlooking the water and marina. Food was excellent - tempura prawns to share for entree, main special $21.90 - grilled barramundi on risotto with sides, which was beautifully presented grilled perfectly and great value for money. Finished with the creme brulee which again was delicious and beautifully presented.Staff were friendly, very helpful and courteous. They knew the menu and could answer questions about each meal. The service was excellent. Have booked another evening in 4 weeks and I must say we were really bewildered by the negative reviews as they do not reflect our experience in any way. It was a Thursday night relatively quiet but there were 3 wait staff and the restaurant was about 2 thirds full. Highly recommended.
Beautiful restaurant, wonderfully presented and great tasting food, lovely staff will definitely be back again.
Will be back :). I arrived in manly at 3pm on a weekday looking for a nice late lunch and after being turned down from other places saying their kitchen is closed I tried Olivers at manly to be told they would be happy to help with food. The food was amazing, the coffee was nice and hot, and the service was great. I will be back!
I came to manly looking for a late lunch on a sunday afternoon. After being turned away from a couple of restaurants on the main street because there kitchens were closed we tried olivers and were quite surprised when they said yes to our request for food. Even with only one chef on that we could see it was a quite enjoyable experience. I chose a steak and my partner went for a ravioli. Both meals were good even the ravioli which was vegetarian i enjoyed because my partner couldn't finish hers. The most surprising thing was the coffees we ordered at the end . Delicous is all i can say. This place made my ordinary week end finish on a high.
Yummy Sunday Breakfast. This was my first time dining down at Manly (I normally have breakfast at trendy cafe's near my home in New Farm, Bulimba, or Woolloongabba). Had a Sunday breakfast which was fantastic... cooked as requested, lovely presentation and dressings. The decor was cute & the service was better than I expected. Great position not far from the water and opposite the park which was buzzing with the Sunday markets that particular morning. My first coffee really hit the spot so we stayed around a while and enjoyed another coffee. Dined with a group of 4 people, who all enjoyed their experience. Will definitely go again.
Had a lovely brekkie - good service (mid week). Well priced and really yummy food with good options for vegetarians and little ones. One of the better breakfasts I have had in a while.
Had a delightful time here. The service was relatively prompt by a delightful girl who made fantastic coffees. She did forget water for the table and side plates for our tea bread but she was running the floor and bar alone and I'm sure if we'd reminded her they would have arrived quickly like everything else. The chef was nice enough to make us breakfast despite our late arrival which tasted amazing, potato balls could have done with a little more seasoning and we suspect he had only a little bit of mushroom left as we had an unusually small portion. All in all a fantastic experience that can only get better, hopefully on our next visit.
A beautiful day & a beautiful meal I'm a chef and I enjoyed every mouthful! Even my humble iced coffee looked & tastes terrific! The interior was gorjuz & the environment relaxing & comfortable. My new favorite place to relax & have a feed!
Midweek meal for a bday. Everyone was happy with their meals. Reef and beef was fantastic and steak cooked to perfection. Can't comment for when it's busy on a weekend but Can recomend on my experiance. Great setting and view is a bonus.
Another amazing meal to finish the day at this lovely restaurant. I've been coming here for years now and have never experienced anything but the finest food, loveliest staff and I so enjoy the beautiful decor and ambiance. Xmas lunch was divine, Mother's Day with the kids - lovely, I've organised birthday dinners for 6 to 46 people here. Alicia and her wonderful staff looked after my Dad's and then my Mum's wake last year. I've been to book launches, afternoon teas, Sunday afternoon dance sessions in the courtyard, first dates. I cannot count how many times I have dined at this superb restaurant. it's my favourite and I recommend it to all and sundry! ENJOY!!!:)
Oh my goodness, how beautiful and what a lovely surprise! The zucchini fritters were fantastic and coffee was lovely!
The kids ice cream was yummy too!
A very pretty place and a ramp for wheelie walkers and toilet too! The staff are wonderful and very friendly!
Fish and chips was good. Salad could do with some form of dressing though. All in all lovely little setting and wonderful food. Highly recommended if in the vacinity ❤💙🖖
Great friendly service. Delicious food - I had the slow cooked lamb salad, big serving with loads of balanced tastes.
Fabulous location, lovely meals, mouth watering cakes & attentive staff. Waterfront walk afterwards
Delicious and generous portions. One of the best Eggs Benedict I've had.
Really good food & service. Sit outside & catch the bay breeze. Lovely. I had the sandcrab lasagne & it was beautiful. Side salad very fresh & refreshing
Little and Olivers looks out over the shaded park where the markets are held each Sunday. A mostly sheltered place from the wind, yet the views are tranquil. The meals are of a great size. On my most recent visit I ordered from the all day breakfast menu, a bacon, mushroom, spinach and poached eggs on slices of bread with a mug of coffee and a bottle of water on the side. The meal was superb and more than I expected, enough for two. I look forward to trying something different next time.
