Grabbed a quick take out from here last night. Found the food was yummy as usual. Thai Malila is always reliable for a casual sit down meal with friends and family or to grab a quick take away meal.
After driving past this restaurant many times, we finally remembered it as an option to take the kids for dinner on a Saturday night. The service was outstanding - beautiful flavored and lots of fresh veges. The highlight though was the service - quick and so friendly. Very child friendly too - a high chair appeared within seconds, together with decorated plastic plates and cups. Thai Malila is well worth a try!
Thai Malila is my local Thai restaurant and I wouldn't go anywhere else for good quality food. Me and my partner frequently grab take-away from here but have also dined here for a couple of occasions. Great service, fresh ingredients. My favourite dishes are the tofu and vege pad see ew and Penang curry. Definetly recommend this restauarant over all the other Thai restaurants in the Oxley/corinda area!
This is a great place where you can count on good food. Our family ordered a wide range of dishes all of which were delicious. The coconut prawns and curry puffs are fantastic, as are the curries which were very flavorsome. The only dish that left me slightly disappointed was the Pad Thai which seemed to be confused as to whether it was a Pad Thai or a stir fry. Ideally Pad Thai shouldn't have broccoli, carrots or cabbage in it. It also lacked the customary lime wedge and there was only a very meager amount of bean sprouts. Other than that it still tasted good, just not very authentic. I would definitely order it again if these issues were improved upon. Prices and portions here are very reasonable and I will certainly be back in the future to order more delicious curries and entrees.

Finally, a local Thai restaurant that we will go back to. Thai Malila is situated strategically along Cook Street in Oxley - there is ample off street parking or you can catch the train if you intend to have a drink or two. This is a quaint, family friendly restaurant with very friendly and polite restaurant staff. We ordered the Chicken Green curry, sliced pork salad and whole deep fried snapper with papaya salad. I would advise against ordering the snapper if you do not fancy picking on fish bones but we did not mind them at all. Flavours were very nice and not overpowering. The sliced pork was extremely tender and the deep fried snapper was fresh. Get the large rice for four people (normally meant for two) and order more if you need to as the helping was quite enough for the four of us. Our empty water bottle was promptly replaced without being asked by their extremely attentive wait staff. We will definitely go back there to try the other dishes from the menu.
We have been to Thai Malila very often. The food is great, particularly the crispy roast duck and malila lamb curry. Service is always friendly and quick. Strongly recommend.
Delicious Meal. Went to this suburban restaurant for the first time tonight with my son. We ordered a curry and cashew chicken stir fry. Both meals were delicious. The prices were marginally higher than other Thai restaurants in the area, however, the quality of the meals far outweighed the higher cost. Will definitely be returning.
Great food excellent friendly service will be back again.
I come to the wonderful Thai Malila often. It is a wonderful restaurant. The food is fresh, with complicated authentic Thai flavours. Their service is always fast, friendly, kind and attentive. They remember their regulars which is important to me!

Fantastic suburban thai place. The food is delicious, serving size perfect, flavour is excellent. The tom yum soup is some of the best i have had, and the staff are lovely and as they are byo, as soon as i stepped back in the door with a bottle of red they had 2 glasses on the way. Simple decore, but it is the best. Give it a go. Yum.
Keep going back :). I always order the red duck curry... It is that good! Plenty of succulent duck and loads of fresh vegetables. The sauce is deliciously abundant! Cocunut rice can be a bit hit and miss. Staff very friendly.

Very fresh. Have tried the massaman curry, green curry and seafood pad thai. Loved the three. Really delicious and so fresh. Not so keen on a stir fry dish I tried from a friend's plate but the first three dishes I mentioned I will definitely get again and again.
Fast Take aways. I've been having take away from this restaurant for about a month now. The service is quick. I'm a creature of habit- I have the 'yellow curry' each time and it's consistently good.
Hand made curry puffs are great I'd prefere hotter but that's just me meals great loved the red curry and service was really friendly will def go again
We arrived in the chaos of the post Christmas slump. Many of the other local restaurants were closed being on Christmas-New year break

Absolutely delicious! Came here to do the photoshoot for menulog, saw the dishes and decide to order 3 dishes to take home for dinner. Pad sew eew was Absolutely delicious, penang curry was yummy said my partner and pad Thai...all I could hear while eating my daughter was mmmm...hehe

I ordered few items from the take out menu. Turned out to be so good! Definitely going back again.
I asked for a small size Pad Thai for lunch, with pork skewers. It was perfect serving size for me to have two different dishes and not over eating. I like that they offer the options for small or large serving. I also ordered their bubble pearl tea which is very nice. The Pad Thai was authentic tamarind flavor sauce like we have in Thailand. The sauce for the pork skewers was good too but the pork was a bit dried but overall its quite good taste and reasonable price. Service was fast and sweet!
