Friendly service and deliciously fresh coffee. I come back to refill my canister of beans (you get a discount if you re-use!) and am always greeted with extremely friendly staff. A great little place to re-stock or have a sit-down coffee.

I've mostly had a good experience here. Most of the staff are usually pretty friendly. I only have 3 issues. 1st the coffee; it could really taste better. 2nd is the calling of customer name when order is ready. Coffee tastes like battery acid - completely under extracted. Think they're using water that's way too hot. Fine if you're mixing with milk, sugar, etc - but if you like your coffee black find another shop.

Coffee is excellent. Has "I Love Brownies" here. You can get specialty beans and ground coffee to take home here. The best part is that the coffee is always within two weeks of roasting, so it is fresher than many other locations.

Small, hidden gem, but has a lovely chai latte and hot chocolate. Ordered both with almond milk and it didn't disappoint. Pastries are good, although the selection isn't the biggest - they do make up for it with quality beverages though!

I love cafes that don't charge extra for lactose free milk (especially long life). So it was with great disappointment that I learned Merlo has started charging for it.
