Visit was 2 weekends back with family for breakfast.
Great service, great food cooked fresh, excellent value. Coffee is delicious and served hot.

Breakfast is a must do. Food is fresh and service was excellent. I’m fussy about my coffee and the coffee here is first rate. Cream and Cream is definitely my go to for great food and coffee. Service has always been first rate. The place doesn’t pretend to be anything but good food and service.
Another suburban gem was found this morning when having breakkie at Crema and Cream.
Our choices were the Omelette and the Potato Roesti.
Omelette was beautifully presented and had a chilli jam that made this an absolute cracker of a dish. The same jam also made an appearance on the Roesti and of this is a signature of dishes here.. I can see why.
Coffee was solid without being the shining star of this cafe down a side road off Webster road in Stafford.

The food was so beautifully presented and the taste absolutely breathtaking. 100% would recommend. Perfect atmosphere for a weekend brekkie. Well done to the owner who was in store and made us feel so welcome. The staff were also brilliant and intuitive. Thanks for the perfect start to the weekend!
Had brekkie at this cafe in the morning. As I was told that they had just relocated to the current address a few months ago from not far away in the same suburb. I believe I was served by Grace when I first stepped in. She gave me a warm welcoming greeting and made me a nice cup of flat white prior to prepare the scrambled eggs with grilled ham. Well, it was a generous portion and she seasoned the egg before pan-fried. Underneath the bed of egg was the grilled ham, which was tasteful too; however, if the champagne ham was replaced by ham steak then it would be perfect. Maybe I am too greedy:). Oh! I nearly forget to mention, I love their wall decor with money notes and coins to puzzle a world map. It looks great!
Excellent food. We had the granola bowl, sweet waffles, Acai bowl and avo on toast with a side of bacon. Everyone was very happy with their meals and the serves were generous. While the staff were lovely the service was a little on the slow side.
Been here twice now. Both times ordered the "Parfait" - gluten free, house made muesli with seasonal fruit and fresh pot yoghurt! Ordered a coffee - very smooth and pleasant. Would highly recommend. Owner is absolutely wonderful.
Grace and the team at Crema and Cream are great. It's right beside my Pilates studio, so I often undo all my good work with a 'hands full' here after class. If you go, this is what you need to have but ask for it on the sourdough. Grace is also an excellent baker - and has made very well priced and beautiful occasional cakes for me on a few occasions.
Today i met up with my friend for coffee at Crema and Cream and i had the most enjoyable experience ... Firstly i ordered my half strength mocha with 1 and a half sugars and cocoa powder and it was delicious and then i asked about whether i could have a few of the ingredients changed or added to the dish i was still deciding on and they were fine with those requests and said she would ask the chef and he said it was fine so i had the penne pasta dish that normally has the smoked salmon but asked for the fresh salmon instead and it was heavenly and divine! From the bright cherry tomatos & pumpkin to the salmon and the creamy dill sauce and fresh dill on top it was DELIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICIOUS!!!!!!!! Service, Price, ambiance and staff were brillant! I'm truely thankful for such a great experience will definatily recommend and will be back soon hopefully!
The steak burgers were tendy, juicy and not too huge. (' Other Half 'discerning steak eater , agreed despite his lack of appetite from suffering a head cold).The chips were crispy, the cos lettuce fresh and the caramelised onions really enhanced the meat. AND it was real cheese. The best surprise was the baked -on -the- premises bun . Very light and crispy. Going back on an empty stomach for the coffee and home baked cake. Noticed menu board said " gluten free and dairy free food available" and spotted a very nice penne pasta meal on the way back. Small and very 'home-y'.
The boss is very nice and welcoming like the entire team. During our stay in brisbane we came back a few times. The food is great and wonderful cakes. Good French chef in kitchen. So good breakfast and lunch. Merci pour tout. Naeva and Jeremy

Had the savoury mince on toast with a fried egg and was not disappointed. The food was so delicious and the banana smoothie was pure perfection. Will definitely be back!
These guys are fantastic!! Awesome coffee, super friendly staff and amazing food! My partner and I have become regulars and absolute love their handful brekky burger and ham & cheese croissants. I am in love with Grace's Raspberry & White Choc muffins - honestly the best I have ever had! They always remember my coffee order and their service is always quick and delicious, dine in or take away!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here last Wed morning on my day off. Great customer service, friendly welcoming atmosphere and delicious tasty food! I liked the look of the menu beforehand but was blown away by the quality experience I had. Highly recommended and will return soon! !

Great little hidden gem.
Went in for a light lunch mid week and ordered the steak sandwich with chips.
When I tell you this is one of THE BEST steak sandwiches I've had! Usually you would expect the whole thing to fall apart due to the meat being so tough. But this sandwich was heaven. The meat just melted like butter in your mouth - so juicy and tender. With just the right amount of filling and delicious relish/sauce.
Chips were chunky and crispy, just the way like it. And the owner was the loveliest lady. Will definitely pop in again when I'm in the area 😊
Great little cafe with excellent food (and presentation!) service can be slightly improved - other customers were served first despite us being seated earlier and ready to order. Food is slightly on the more expensive side compared to other cafes, but still completely affordable. Will return again.
I've recently moved into this area, and have always liked the idea of having a fantastic "local" place for coffee & breaky. After going to Crema & Cream a few times now, I think I've found my new "local". The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff, food and coffee are great. Reasonably priced too. Love it here.
I love this place, unassuming but always good. Friendly staff who don't mind having a chat, and great coffee. Please bring back Green Eggs & Ham!!!
My partner and I have been struggling to find a really nice but not outrageously expensive breakfast joint since we moved to the Northside last year. I have to say, I think we have found our spot.
The atmosphere and the staff were both great. Looks like a family run kind of place which is nice to see. The coffee was spot on which is a huge selling point for us. The food was amazing! I had the "Mushroom Thingy" which was so much more flavourful than most mushroom based breakfast dishes and the poach eggs were cooked to perfection. My parter had the "Handsfull" which looked great (he wouldn't let me have any). The portion size was much bigger than I expected given the reasonable price.
I really can't say anything bad about this place!
Absolute hidden gem. Service was lovely food was delicious. Would highly recommend the waffles and bacon. Prices are fantastic. Sorry I didn't get the owners name, she was lovely. Will definitely be going back again and again...........
Took my mum here for an impromptu breakfast and was definitely surprised at the quality and size of the meals that were served up to us (and for a decent price too!)
Not only were our meals outstanding, the service was great too. Not often you will you go to a cafe and immediately feel welcomed.

When we visited Brisbane this was a regular place. We kept on saying we should try a different breakfast cafe but this was so good. By a few days the staff knew our names!

8/10. Crema and cream is hiden away between the ghostly businesses of 2006 and is an absolute treasure.
The drinks are perfect. The coffee is tempered so that it's not too bitter or burnt. They seem to just coax it to a rich creamy state and the iced drinks aren't saturated with flavoured syrups.
The food is pretty homey and filling. Mushrooms, eggs, waffles, bacon has always been good. Highly recommend the potato cakes.
However this place is quite pricey and lately the portion sizes have gotten smaller and smaller with no lesser fee... which is leading me to change my regular cafe to somewhere more a feild.
In summation, it's nice place to go if your partner, relatives or parents are footing the bill but with shrinking portions it is not worthy of being a regular spot.
Highly reccomend. Great coffee (perfect temp), yum food, and great service. Was a winning combination and I'll definitely be back.
Excellent service, convenient location, and amazing coffee! Crema and Cream is my happy start to the morning. Lunch and weekend breakfast menus are reliably tasty without being pretentious. This café has cheerful, quirky decor. The staff are very nice, and always happy to oblige any specific requests.
Sunday Breakfast. My father and I stopped here for an impromptu breakfast today only to find we were in luck as the Chef is trialling opening on Sundays. The coffee was excellent and my Turkish toastie was very tasty (the tomato relish really makes it). Dad was happy he could have raisin toast although it was not on the menu. It's exciting to have such a nice place open in Stafford.
It's a testament to this place renowned for its great coffee, when it's corn fritters smash the celebrity chef version at billykart (bland & meagre) out of the kitchen. Whomever makes these delightful generously portioned morsels indeed is well deserved of celebrity status for those and their chilli sauce which should be bottled commercially. The kitchen staff here make awesome honest food. Love the suburban no frills location. If you are over the west end / gabba / newfarm vibe this us your joint. Beautiful big table inside if you are lucky to snare it. Waffles were a hit. Staff delightful. Well worth the trip from the south side.

Nice atmosphere despite busy road. Went there with a friend on Boxing Day (one of the few in the area that was open).Map on the wall is indicative of this funky place. Coffee and service good. Will be back.

Diana. With such good opposition just across the road from here we thought will we or won't we? Thankfully we did! The coffee here was another gem, full bodied, smooth & robust, well poured. Just loved the interior of Crema too, gave me a nostalgic homey feeling. Lots of potted plants & picture windows to gaze from & dream

Fresh and tasty food. Coffee was wonderful, staff were friendly and food was surprisingly very good also. The only let down was location and the atmosphere of the venue facing the main road. Food is very reasonably priced and for a quick bite to eat I would go there again. I recommend their burger with the hand cut chips. Ingredients were fresh and tasty and they even provided a free baby chino for our little one.
Great little place. Tried this place for the first time recently, courtesy of an online voucher. What a great little find, I reckon we will certainly be back. Both of us really enjoyed the coffee and the big burger almost defeated me but I kept going because it was so good.
A Hidden Treasure. What a great little cafe. Staff were all so friendly and it was a blessing to go somewhere where the staff actually stopped and chatted to you, rather than pumping you through to seat the next customers. Coffee was perfect and the vego breakfast was delicious. Would be great to see a few more options on the menu.

Stafford SO needed this place!. Great coffee, made with care & attention every time. Easy parking and possibly the only babycinos my child ever finishes (i.e nice fresh steamed milk not the thrice burnt jug scrapings some places serve). Love it.
I hosted a Bridal shower tea at Crema and Cream for my daughter recently. Grace and Sophie were absolutely wonderful. The food was lovely and plentiful. Grace opened on a Sunday especially for us which was great. The service was excellent. Thank you Grace and Sophie for looking after us so well.
Just moved to the area and saw this had opened recently, so walked past to check out. Decided to have morning tea with my wife. We had a great time, chatting to Grace. She and Sophie made a good latte and chai. We shared a coconut lime muffin that was really yummy. Sat outside to enjoy the water feature, which was nice. We will definitely be back. Thanks!
This was such a lovely discovery of a local Italian cafe that opens up for dinner. On the menu is a selection of pizzas, pastas and other specials of the day. We ordered one of each of the pizzas and can easily say they are all amazing. The dough, sauce and cheese are so close to authentic Italian pizza. The bruschetta at the start on freshly made focaccia with basil, mozzarella and tomatoes was phenomenal. The beef Ragu pasta was the perfect comfort meal - high quality and perfectly cooked ragu on casarecce pasta. The service is amazing and I would highly recommend. They also have live music on weekends.

Being a southsider, I rarely venture out to the other side of town, however took a trip today to spoil my mum for a mothers day high tea - and lets just say, I'll definitely be making the journey again for the delicious food. The planning leading up to organising this was easy and a great experience. The venue is hard to miss - with the beautify bright red flowers and there is plenty of easy to access street parking. The venue was very accommodating of our dietary requirements and offered scrumptious alternatives. They were so flexible, I was able to pay ahead of the day so that my mum didn't end up racing to beat me to pay the bill (like all mums do). The servings of savoury pieces in the high tea were flavourful and portioned perfectly. The sweet treats and goodies at the end were to die for. Especially the chocolate tart and cannoli's. All paired with a great cup of coffee. The staff were very friendly and even chased away the birds for us who wanted a bite too. Thank you so much for helping me make this mothers day so memorable. Looking forward to visiting again soon to experience the delightfulness of Crema and Cream.
Lovely vibe, great food, great coffee and friendly staff. Coffee came out quickly and food didn't take long either. My picky toddler loved her scrambled eggs on toast. Will be back for sure.
