This is my local bakery and has been for many years.  They make so many yummy things its impossible to list them all.  Each year I contact Katelyn and it's never any trouble for her to organise the cake we choose for our boys birthdays. The bakery also serves Merlo coffee great coffee.  Staff are always friendly.  My sister often orders chicken and salad sandwiches because their sandwiches are really good.  Lots of fillings and great fresh bread.  I love their vienna loaf.  They have 5 locations;

Cheese and bacon pie was great, good amount of meat, nice crispy pastry. A little pricey but everything is nowadays with everything going on in the world.

This is a wonderful family owned bakery. The cakes are delicious, especially the mud cakes. I've ordered cakes for special occasions and they have been fantastic, along with the service. I also love their bread and scones. Everything is always very fresh - I'm always so happy with any products from this bakery (or their bakery at Carseldine).
