Up visiting from Melbourne- the food was great! Classic Mexican fast food at a great price! Big shout out to the lovely young lady Annabel! She was amazing and very chirpy made my day! 😁

35min wait time. Lost my order twice after the manager promised that they were making it after 20 minutes had passed. No slow cooked beef or fries available. It would have been nice if this was clarified on the app before I ordered instead of the staff having to deal with this during lunch rush. T

I had a great time at the Wintergarden GYG and had an amazing burrito, although I ordered a spicy one and the one I received most definitely wasn't. Still a great experience.

Gyg is tasty - a little pricy - but ultimately I'm giving 2 stars because two days in a row my order has just sat to the side waiting for chips for over 30 minutes. Only after I've asked the staff multiple timewhere my order is do they finally get it sorted. Seems to be a disorderly system for track

Over priced, ordered a small veggie burrito and was missing the guacamole. The taste is delicious, restaurant is under staffed in my opinion, especially for lunch time when is hectic time. Order ahead otherwise you will be waiting long time

Food was good. Cashier was friendly and put up with my fathers silly joking around. All the employees seemed happy to be there.

Small portion size with barely any meat. Very efficient and friendly staff service however.

They have improved much over the past few months in several areas. Good quality burritos keep me coming back to this Guzman y Gomez. The customer service is good and staff are friendly. Nice food in minimum time.
