Become regular customers on most of Tuesdays thank to Tuesday special offer $16.90 for a curry, a naan, a small rice and a soft drink. What a great value! We have tried a few curries and most of them were rich and flavoursome though some of them were too sweet (we always asked our curries to be hot). The food wait is usually quite longer than the scheduled time, so we know that we don’t need to turn up there earlier than 40-45 mins and we don’t order there if we are hungry and need something quick. We don’t normally see any dine in customers. It would be hard if they don’t improve on the service speed.
A great place for a quite dinner with a friend. Attentive servers that aren’t intrusive and great ambience let that let you enjoy your meal and company. Only criticism is that there is often a 20+ min wait for food, but it’s worth it and you can order drinks while you wait.

Best Indian food I’ve had! Most other places either overcharging for an average meal to cover their overheads and don’t produce quality but GRACE OF INDIA is hands down my favourite, all their dishes and naan are Devine , my favourite is butter chicken, it’s so creamy and sweet compared to others tomato based outcomes, the chicken tikka is absolutely phenomenal with best dipping sauce. I have traveled from very far just to get my fix and always will. There’s no point eating any where else... I’d happily get fat here
Very delicious and good prices. Took longer than expected but well worth the wait. I really enjoyed the vegetarian dish, and my partner loved his lamb Vindaloo.
Very good food just went today first time ... i like food here .. even better then miss india or curry club .. highly recommended.. and service was too nice foods is pretty fresh .
I know curries, and Grace of India knows good curries too. Grace of India doesn't cheat on their curries by making a sauce to pour over their protein, they actually make the protein with the curry. Great flavours, generous portions, entrees are a winner. Loved it.
These guys really know their spices, with dishes that are so well balanced resulting in a taste and texture that just melts in your mouth. Meat is generous without any oiliness and their naan has just the right amount of softness inside, charring outside and slight crispiness to the edges. Wow! Typical suburban ambiance but clean and pleasant enough and their service without fault. The only thing i would suggest is they may over cater to some pre-perceived perception that most westerners need over sweetness and mildness, which I noticed after our group ordered starters and a range of curries. The samosa and the butter chicken were way over sweet. Shame because it compromises flavour. If they just backed off the sweetness, i wouldn't hesitate to give them a five.
Pretty good overall. Lamb Rogan Josh Medium had just the right amount of spice for us. My hubby and I thought the butter chicken was ok but the kids didn't like the flavour. We ordered our meals through menu log to be delivered at a certain time, they were 10mins late and food was not hot and had to be reheated. We would probably order from here again.
Nice local gem. I've lived down the road from this place for 5 years and never knew about it. Last month I tried it with a groupon voucher. The service was great and food was very tasty! Mixed entree platter was ok but the yogurt sauce really lifted the flavour. For mains we had chicken Tikka which was amazing! The beef vindaloo was ok. Overall a nice experience and I will be back. Almost forgot to mention the naan! Best I've had...so crispy and light.

Great suburban restaurant - Highly recommend this place. After trying this restaurant with takeaway for the very first time my first impressions were not good. I was not impressed with the meal qualities of the butter chicken and Madras meals. I ordered my meal online and the following day the restaurant owner obtained my contact details from my online order after seeing this review. He personally called me on my mobile and asked me for feedback why I was not happy with the meal. The Manager gave me an incentive to give their business another chance and suggested I try other curry meals. I returned the following week to give it another go.
After trying his suggestions of other curry dishes, I have to say that I am extremely happy not only with the quality and taste of the meals, but also the good service.
Thank you very much for calling me and following up my previous review. This is great customer service and a good way for owners to receive constructive feedback to improve their meals. My impressions of this restaurant are now very good.

GREAT FOOD! GREAT SERVICE! REASONABLE PRICE!. This little restaurant has always been my favorite Indian place. Not only is the curry delicious but they are reasonable too so doesn't hurt my pocket much. The Chef is very friendly, he easily accomodates my out of menu orders without fuss. I love the new setting of the restauant. Great Job Guys! Highly Recommended!!
Love the flavours. We have been going to Grace of India since it opened (on and off). Love the curries and flavours, as well as the breads. But we do have one complaint, there is just not enough content in the curries, by that I mean, chicken, paneer, beef or whatever is put in the sauce. We are always left with lots of sauce and nothing to eat it with.
We had the butter chicken and the chicken tika masala and they wore both very tasty, best we have had in Brisbane. The medium CTM could have been a little spicier but the rotis were huge and I may have ordered a few too many..
I will definentley be going back again!

Best butter chicken in Brisbane. I am a local and we eat here regularly. In fact this is our favourite Indian restaurant in Brisbane.
The food here is fantastic and fresh. We particularly love the Chicken Tikka entrée and samosas (they have the best yoghurt dipping sauce) and the Butter Chicken is the best we have ever had - I understand people have different opinions on what is best though, theirs is a sweet Butter Chicken.
We also enjoy dining in from time to time. It is nicely furnished and you can BYO.
