Was one of the best restaurants I’ve been at, really nice owner, the best peaking duck I’ve ever had I’m proud to give this 5 stars
Everything here was solid but not amazing- big servings and reasonable prices are the highlight. We came for the Singapore dishes, but we could see the yum cha looked quite popular too. Most of our dishes seemed a bit under seasoned compared to other places offering these dishes. Still a pretty good experience overall though.
Has outdoors sitting for dogs . Fantastic food and service . yummy fried glutinous dumplings and Shanghai dumpling . Definitely will come back again .

Used to come here when it’s still under Little Nyonya, was quite dissapointed at first when I knew it changed however after saw the menus and read Joe K review it’s actually just change owner but the chef and menu are still the same. So so happy cause Little Nyonya was my favourite yum cha place because of the taste and the size of their yum cha menus are small unlike other yum cha places.
This time I ordered:
1. Combination chow mien 3.5/5: not the best chow mien but still tasted good. The noodle needed to be fried longer so it’s crispier. The additional bbq pork will make it even better.
2. Roast pork & BBQ pork on rice 4/5: love the whole thing.
3. Hakau 5/5: best in town. My daughter can eat 3 portion of this
4. Deep fried tofu 2/5: don’t like the this type of tofu. There’s hint of sourness unlike normal tofu
5. Deep fried sesame balls 4/5: delicious
Service was very good. Staffs were very fast response and friendly. Good job guys

Noticed Little Nyonya changed the name to Yum cha & co, so me being yum cha fan I had to visit to check out their Yum cha selection!
Eventhough they changed the name of restaurant, interior looked pretty much same as before.
There is yum cha menu, normal malaysian food menu and drink menu. I cannnot recall previous menu clearly but drink menu is same as what they used to use be at Little Nyonya. Choices of yumcha was usual and not as many as I expected from the restaurant with name 'Yum cha' but they covered all my favourites.
I especially liked beef trip which was cooked well so that its texture is nice and soft with good tasting sauce.
I think i will go more often if they expand their yum cha menu but overall good quality yum cha!
Little Nyonya is popular Malaysian Chinese restaurant situated in Warrigal Square. Traditional Chinese decorations, extended Malaysian cuisines selections and reasonable pricing have made this a Tomcat family fav for many years. We recently visited for weekday yum cha and order an array of dishes to share.
Cackling pork with rice😋😋- the pork skin was crispy and the meat was tender, so worth it for the lunch special for $9.90, will be back to try others
Peking duck specialty is awesome! Other dishes are above standard too and well priced. I am a regular to this place. Hope they keep it up! Flounder is also pretty good. Great family restaurant
Been here once for yum cha for a Sunday lunch with family friends. Pretty decent yum cha fare. The dumplings, buns and other yum cha items are well made.
Service can be a bit inattentive, but overall okay.
We came here for lunch as they do Yum Cha. There's not much Nyonya at lunch time really... It's a Hong Kong thing.
Having said that it tastes pretty good and comes out quickly. We ordered Stuffed Eggplant, Prawn Dumplings, chicken feet, egg tart, custard bun, BBQ pork rice noodle roll and fried glutinous pork dumpling.
They tasted pretty delicious though it wasn't made to order for some of them. It's nice to have yum cha here as there's better ambience / interior than typical Yum Cha spots.
Just don't come here for lunch expecting Nyonya food. You could order Char Kwey Tiew if you want.
There should be a separate menu which I've seen before which has the typical south east Asian dishes.
Went to this place yesterday for lunch and really enjoyed the food. We had Yum Cha, the prawn and chive dumplings and also the BBQ Pork buns were really nice. The custard tarts were definitely the best I've had in Brisbane. I'll be back for sure :)
Little Nyonya, situated conveniently in Warrigal Square near Chakee and SushiTrain, is part of the Little Singapore and Little Hong Kong chain, which I have found to consistently have quite a high standard of quality and quantity when it comes to food. The theme was in line with the rest of the chain, being mainly red and black in theme, and most of the menu items could be found in their other branches.

Let me start off this review by mentioning that this review is based solely on their Yum Cha. We were surprised at the quality of the food we had today at Little Nyonya knowing they are a part of Little Singapore and Little Hong Kong chain which are both average at best.
We ordered 5 dishes and gladly recommend you to try 3 of which are Scallop Dumplings, Crab Roe Siu Mai, and Pan Fried Rice Noodle with Shrimps. The dumplings and siu mai were steamed to perfection; it was juicy while the pastry had perfect texture. Pan fried noodles with shrimps; don't mistake it with big prawns; these are little dried shrimps that are extensively used in Chinese cooking. The dish was simple and cheap to make yet delicious, quintessentially Chinese.
Note that their Yum Cha were made fresh to order not one of those sitting in a trolley with staff pushing it around. They took a while for the food to come out but it was so worth it. The restaurant was quite busy. Service was a bit lacking. You need to help yourself with sauces at the sauce station at the front.
Their Yum Cha menu is quite limited, however we enjoyed our experience here better than at Yum Cha Cuisine. Very satisfied. Give their yum cha a go.
Highly recommend the Roast Pork and Roast Duck !! But I would recommend order takeaway as they really have not much to choose from in their menu
Food and service is always good. The meals come out quickly and is always fresh and delicious. The satay chicken and rice is always tender. Meals have just enough spice without being overpowering.
Overall the place was good, food was okay and the Decor was good. The only major disappointment was the Roti, I am sure it was just fried puff pastry from yuans market. Salt and pepper crab was good and really liked the marmite pork ribs.
Delicious food, service can be a bit inconsistent.. When we go here, we order the snake beans and savoury mince, sweet and sour pork and 'princess tofu' with rice on the side. The three dishes would feed three, but we tend to just get it for two and take home some leftover. Really really good. The iced lemon tea is not good though- it should just be fresh lemons squeezed into mildly sweetened black tea, like it is in the Little Singapore in the city, but I've had it twice from here and it tastes like some weird syrupy detergent. The service can rage from overly attentive to non existent at all. Overall, the place has food good enough to return to, but some improvements would go a long way.
Amazing food, great selection of dishes to choose from & good value for money. I work nearby and would eat hear at least once a week (maybe twice if I'm feeling naughty) friendly staff, large portions, very very tasty food. Would recommend this resetraunt to anyone (except vegeterians - limited options but the veggie laksa is to die for) Score 9/10

The duck and rice never fails here, it's my favourite dish! And the crispy skin pork is divine
The best on this side of town. Love this new place. The service is great the atmosphere is great and the staff. I always ask for my drink that is not on the menu and they will happily make it every time. They now remember me. Awesome. Their Mango Frappe with popping Boba is devine too. They even cater for the blokes with a big screen tv great for friday night Footy. No complaints.. Easier parking then Sunny bank and you dont feel as rushed to eat.
Average at best. Not really a surprise this place is the emptiest restaurant in warrigal square, the food is pretty average, but the staff are nice need to step it up guys!
Not bad!. I think this started out as a premium version of the little Singapore branch but soon realised people liked its usual stuff, nevertheless, the food is as tasty as other Little Singapore and has the best Lychee Frapee.
Ordered the Peking Duck and Vegetable Laksa. The duck was surprisingly really good! Crispy skin with very tender juicy duck meat pieces (I know that proper Peking duck should only be skin but I'm not complaining!) Good amount for 2 people and quite inexpensive compared to prices in surrounding Chinese restaurants (tasted better than those places as well!). The lasksa was more n the ok side and a bit too salty for my liking ..
Service was also a bit slow for the night though.
Love it. Have been here many times since it opened. The service is fabulous - the owner goes out of his way to look after my family every time we come here. The food has always been fabulous - just like the food I had in Malaysia. It is more expensive than the Malaysian restaurants in Sunnybank but the ambience, service and quality of food makes up for it.
Pleasant experience. Service was brilliant, food was very tasty & different to anything we've ever tried before. The decor is really spectacular & the atmosphere was great. Thanks for a lovely evening, we will be back & we will certainly let all our family & friends know.
Great restaurant. This is a great restaurant. I have been to this restaurant quite a number of times and I can not fault their food. Most of their dishes are great, some are average, depends on what you order. I would highly recommend Princess Tofu, Coffee spare ribs, pepper beef cubes, salt and pepper calamari and Mint Julep as a drink, just to name a few.
I have brought quite a few of my friends and families there and most of them have found it to be great.
Consistently good. This place does Brisbane proud. Tucked away in Warrigal Square, it's location belies its brilliantly consistent food. It's Nyonya food is on par with the better restaurants in Malaysia or Singapore. We make a long-distanced trip there at least one a month for our away-from-home Malaysian fix. Long may you prosper, Little Nyonya.
Great food on several occasions. Chilli crab is amazing. As is Tokyo beef. Maybe a little on the pricy side by Sunnybank standards
Deffinately Different. We've been meaning to try out this new restaurant for ages and when we finally did, we were so glad we did. although sometimes you don't really know what your fully getting in your dish, the food is fantastic, and the drink even better! the service is wonderful, and the design and decor of the place is spectacular. it has a wonderful atmosphere, that you would be happy to relax in and just sit back and enjoy your interesting and flavorsome dish.
While we did have an initial issue with our drinks order, once the food arrived it was worth the wait. Really well presented food with excellent flavor.
I have been here a couple of times and I cannot fault it. The soft shell crab is great but the highlight has been the Chicken roti curry with soft delicate flavours making it a real winner.
This place is a regular haunt for us. Great food, pleasant decor and excellent service. Of course if you need to save a couple of dollars Little Simgapore at Market Square may be the go but we find that parking and atmosphere much better. The beef rendang is particularly good.
Very nice meal. Hot, tasty and fast. A little expensive for the serving size considering you can get a lot of the dishes at many other Asian restaurants for less $
Great value lunch. Quite a well priced lunch menu, with huge servings, the Singapore Curry Laksa and Chicken Roti were very tasty and almost too large to finish.
I can't comment on the dinner menu but we were quite impressed with their lunch offerings.
Great service, fantastic interior decoration, good food. Recommended. Only downside is the crab being a bit burnt after the stove overheated it while cooking on the table for too long.

Good service, amazing food, beautiful restaurant. My family and I came here last Sunday night, the second day they had opened. My family arrived first and I arrived by myself, I told the waitress I was with "D___ C___" and she immediately knew who that was and which table I was at. First impressions of the restaurant were good, the restaurant was small, dim but decorated very nicely. Waitresses were all dressed in a nice uniform and all had smiles on their faces and were happy to help. We took a while to order and noone hurried us. We finally settled on a calamari entree and half a chicken, sambal prawns and a vegetarian assam curry. All were a-ma-zing!!! Because it is part of the "Little Singapore" group, I was worried it would just be the same and the more expensive prices (around $15 - $20 for a main) was just for the nicer setting. But once I tasted the food I knew this is different to all the other restaurants in the Sunnybank/Market Square area. This food was decent, lots of fresh ingredients used (especially the prawns), flavours were strong but not overpowering. The waitresses also made sure to come and refill our rice when needed so we didn't have to do it ourselves. At the end of the meal we were also given little towels to clean our hands.
The experience was great - from the moment I walked inside to the moment I walked out - and not only was it the service, the food is to die for. I just really hope it can keep its standards up and be one of the classier Malaysian/Singaporean restaurants in Brisbane.
Can't wait to come here again!!!!
