Puts a special out front however you have to go to the register to make use of the deal. Waited in front of counter for 5 minutes, was rudely and impolitely told to just use the kiosks and asked "or do you need me to serve you?" Collecting the drinks was also terrible with them calling out my name only to be given one drink. After explaining I had ordered two, I was given a cold and annoyed reaction right in my face.

Order a lot of Boost juices from this store, typically they ask if you’d like the $1 water. They didn’t, but that wasn’t the issue. I forgot to get the water (my bad!) however when I went back after ordering to ask, I was slugged for a full price, because it was a “separate order”. This is not a massive deal in and of itself, but the fact that the policy is to be so rigid about it, when it’s actually a really low cost opportunity for the store to build good will with a loyal customer is bizarrely tight. Not worrying about something so petty is how you make good customer experiences. Hope they enjoyed the $1.5 extra they made. The cost of removing this review is what, $3000? Nice work. Went to this boost juice today,
Was waiting in line and the rude dark haired teenager refused to serve me. I was waiting at the counter and she insisted that I was to use the kiosk. I didn’t have my glasses and am quite hard of sight, especially on bright machines. I asked if I could please get served as I can’t use the kiosk and they refused, told me to just figure it out. I walked out
Based on the 6 most recent reviews, I think the owner needs to really talk to their staff about attitudes as it seems they know they can be rude to people and get away with it.

Came into Boost to get my usual green tea mango mantra and was met with one of the loveliest and kindest teams I’d ever met. The girl that served me was so kind and my drink was amazing! 😊

i didn’t have the courage to write up a review until now because i didn’t wanna seem like those entitled customers but hopefully management at this boost juice take some action. this happened on wednesday the 20th of july around 6pm. the girl who took my order gave me attitude the entire time i was ordering. she first asked me if i’m paying cash or card and i responded with card, then she tells me that they’re not doing cash that day so i repeated myself in case she misheard me that i’m paying with card. she responded back “yeah i’m just saying we don’t do cash” to me in a really aggressive tone. when i was done paying, it’s just awkward silence for a few seconds instead of the default “thank you, it won’t be too long” or something like that. she then proceeded to tell me “have a good day” in the rudest tone again when she saw me not leaving the counter yet because i just wanted to make sure my pay went through as eftpos machines would tend to glitch (ik as a hospo worker myself). i didn’t catch her name as she wasn’t wearing a name tag but she was wearing a black shirt and had dark hair from what i can remember. the drink was good but hopefully this review would get you guys to train her better about her attitude towards customers so she wouldn’t do this to other people. it’s staff members like her are one of the reasons i get so much anxiety ordering up front

It's Boost. Same as every other store. I like the drinks, but a bit expensive.
This particular venue is really busy being on the main thoroughfare. Wait times can be around 10 mins for a drink.
There is a less busy one in Wintergarden 2 mins away if you don't want to wait.

had a great experience at here! i’m dairy free, and they were extra conscious of my allergenic needs and suggested extras to make my drink tastier :)
