Service is very on point. Food is nice with cheap price. Small coffee shop with many options for food. Highly recommended.

I live near by and have been here a few times to get a decaf iced latte; it is one of the few places that has a nice decaf (I find some have an odd taste). All the staff are really friendly too :)
Great coffee. Plus complimentary sparkling water Love the large dine in cups. Most cafes don't have a large cup for latte's
