Great service, comfortable dining experience and environmentally friendly takeaway packaging. The lamb was so tender and naan was so cheesy!
Absolutely loved the Dal Tadka curry. I’ll be back soon, because haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since eating the dish a few nights ago.
Everything else we tried was delicious as well, including the naan, a fresh Paneer Tikka salad (but still full of flavour) plus an Aloo Matar curry. Can’t wait to try more!
Great place for a weekend lunch. They serve great amritsari kulche. The taste is great and you will not miss the taste you get back home in India. LOVE IT..
This cozy and small restaurant at Camp Hill is a hidden gem. Have been there couple of times and we are absolutely in love with their food, and quite impressed with their top notch service. This weekend we tried their authentic Amritsari Kulche Choley and Indo Chinese Platter, and both the meals were amazingly delicious. There was a bit of wait, but as the food was made to order and fresh, it was worth waiting. It's a casual dining place, food quality is unbeatable worth the price and the best Indian we have ever had since long time. Highly recommended ! Definitely going back again and again.
One of the really good Indian restaurants around. Excellent Indian food, unlike other Indian restaurants where everything is based on tomatoe base.
Food tasted nice, and the lamb was especially tender. The naan bread was slightly flaky and crisp, and tasted good along with the curry.
The place was slightly disorganised, having to shift tables a lot to make room for guests, and some supples were stacked on one of the tables.
The food was slightly expensive, and the meals didn’t include naan bread or rice.
Overall, a nice, but slightly expensive restaurant.
Had two lunch specials of curry with some mango lassi. Very tasty, with cucumber slice and pickled onion. Bathroom was in Red Rooster next door. We couldn’t quite finish and had to take it home in a doggy bag.
Amazing! The curries here are like flavour explosions inside your brain and the spice levels are exactly what you want. The HOT is actually hot and the medium has a comfortable kick to it. If you haven't been here before, I'd recommend trying the medium spice level before opting for hot. We've ordered take away multiple times and each time it's the same quality. We try a different curry each time and it's always so good. If you're interested they use environmentally friendly containers too. Good turn around time on take aways too, especially for 2 people.
Honestly some of the best Indian food I've ever had in Australia! The lady serving us was so lovely and helpful. Been here a couple times for takeaway and they always know how to turn up the spice with a smile 😊
Scrumptious food ever. Flavours are on the point since I am visiting this place thrice a week for few months. As an Indian it’s difficult to satisfy tongue 👅 by just replica of Indian foods most of the restaurants claim as “Indian” and serve . This is one of my favourite Indian restaurants providing what tongue needs. Thank you 😊🙏
This is the best Indian food I've had in Australia, and I've eaten an extensive amount of it (both in NZ and Aus)! Everything was extremely fresh tasting, the chicken was tender, and the packaging was eco-friendly. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.
It is a must try place… Food was amazing. We had our breakfast today morning. Amritsari Kulcha was too delicious. Also we had tea, which was again superb.
Customer service was great. Staff served everything nicely and we felt like eating at home. Thank you ,👌👌
Absolutely fabulous hospitality and perfectly balanced spiced food. The quality is super fresh as compared to other restaurants who use frozen gravies for months to make bases for curries. Their nan and rotis are the best in town...... personal fav garlic and cheese nan which has perfect balance of flavours and softness... Highly recommended to visit for dine in and take away...
