Every time I go their customer service wows me! As a regular they always greet me and it's so nice to be recognised when going to one of your favourtie places. The food wait is generally quite fast but can take a moderate amount of time depending on the amount of people there. I would recomend people try the beef and bacon burger as well the ham, cheese and tomato omlette as these have been the best things I have tried.
Friendly staff with super customer service. Food cooked how you ask. Efficient service. If you're regular they'll even start making your coffee as you arrive. A great meeting place with ever changing menu
Have to give this a 4 rating due to the best customer service we have experienced in a Coffee Club so far, also a half decent flat white. We had breakfast there & the food was also passable. Avocado could have been chunkier, but enjoyed it & the fact the blistered tomatoes were added & they were super sweet. The partner was happy with his cheesy eggs & he also commented on the sweet tomatoes .Maybe the other CC franchises should get some customer service hints from the guys here, they are super friendly & actually ask how everything is without being obtrusive

Excellent.. I found the service here to be highly professional, while still retaining the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was top quality too. I'll definitely be back.
Better than expected. We decided to try the coffee club for dinner. Well my husband and I were impressed with our meals. I had the fish, (can't remember the type) it had a delicious crust on the top, a lovely salad and rosemary potatoes. This meal was only $22, other places would charge more. My husband had the Guinness pie and thoroughly enjoyed it. The waitress was friendly and prompt.
Just in case the owner is reading - I think some table cloths and low lighting on a Saturday night might attract more customers to dine at night. Most people like myself think of the coffee club as a place to get a snack or coffee and cake. Our meals were lovely and it is a shame that people are missing out on this food because the atmosphere is not inductive to night time dining.
We went there last week had an dinner, that was really good, this is one of the best coffee club in brisbane.
This place has been seriously transformed! The ambience is great and yes about time it was refurbished. The service is quick and efficient. Impressed, will definitely be back

Had Father's Day there, great service, staff friendly and helpful. Parking is the only let down
We went for afternoon tea after the movies. Ordered half strength coffee but still bit strong and my husband said hot chocolate bit too sweet. Muffin and carrot cake were delicious. Only 2 people on and was very busy. Service a little slow but they were very good and apologised for the wait.
Enjoyed a champagne brunch here for my birthday. Service was great. Food was great. Very happy with our visit.
