Looking for a takeaway meal I decide on a Japanese lunch at this reliable Sushi franchise. I ask for an Assorted Sushi Box which has 6 Nigiri, 3 Rolls and 2 Ships. Everything tastes fresh and delicious!
My go-to for quick city sushi and I think it's the same for many. My favourite is the delux seafood pack. Quite often i've had a little wait as they've sold out and are making more. This is perfect as I know it's super fresh and I don't like refrigerated sushi. They have a huge range and also do decent sized Japanese style salads for those who don't like or feel like rice.
I have tried different Sushi in sushi hub And I’m happy with each and every. Sushi hub has the best sushi in Brisbane.Staff is very friendly, sushi is fresh and super yummy.highly recommend.
Not as good as LR sushi, but better than most other sushi places near Queen St Mall. Service is usually pretty  quick, and I like their spicy-anything. Worth it for a decent feed.

Bumped into my favourite sushi place ... without further thoughts I bought 3 grilled scallops sushi, salmon avocado rolls and prawn tempura. Price a bit higher than the one in browns plain plaza but tasted just as good as the previous.
Q: how good is SH for a quick feed?
A: sooo good!
Be cool I tell myself but the decision making process here is intense. And rapid. Entirely their fault for being too efficient & having too much deliciousness. Bucking the standard takeaway CBD sushi roll scene, SH also stocks eye-catching grilled nigiri, inari & sushi sandwiches. If only they had fresh sashimi sets / salads my freak out would be complete. There’s even a few dine-in tables. Crazy! Always busy, so always keepin it fresh. Enjoy! 👍
Good to see interesting variations of sushi, inari & nigiri. So much to choose but I decided on the lobster salad inari. Delicate seafood atop of the rice in a generous serve.
So... today I forgot to bring my packed lunch, as one does after long nights of blogging (or gaming). Walking out to pick up a new dress from my beloved Uniqlo, I couldn't help but notice the small crowd of people outside of Sushi Hub. Obeying my grumbling tummy, I joined the queue. Other than the standard sushi rolls, I was quite keen to see there were other nigiri, inari and sushi sandwich options, which is of course what I went for.
The best sushi iv ever had, price is cheap, a lot more options, I go everyday and there’s always something new try. Would recommend to everyone
Definitely one of the better places to grab a quick bite of sushi in the city; however, it wouldn't hurt them to be a little more environmentally conscious. Try having bottled soy sauce for those dining in, rather than the plastic fish. And paper bags are much better for takeaway sushi! Little steps make a big difference.
The large sign declared that this Sushi Hub was the 48th store to open in Australia, and Brisbane's first. As a frequent visitor to their various Sydney stores, I found the Brisbane outlet offered the same food selection and fresh, nicely made sushi rolls.
I'm no sushi expert, but this new place has been very good for the times I've visited.Â
It is definitely one of the nicer sushi places we've been to, quality wise and for the price, especially around the CBD; as sad (or good) as it sounds, the quality and pricing of their food makes it a good match for some of the fancier or more dedicated sushi places around, i'm saying this as the look of a 'fast food' style joint may make you doubt it's quality.
Most importantly they have a pretty good variety of food just as you'd expect from a larger franchise, and their rewards program seems quite reasonable, similar to other stores where you need to collect stamps that give you an overall 10% discount; however here instead of a one-time discount or purchase, you get a 'membership card' that grants you 10% off on all your future purchases, making it a lot more worth it as it's not really difficult to get. I admit I have no clue about their renewal terms, etc. but it seems quite ideal if you're a local worker that enjoys this type of food for lunch/dinner.
Sushi hub seems to be a franchise that's hit or miss, but the Queen Street location is, as of now, a pretty good one, service is friendly and pretty quick as well; you self-serve cutlery (chopsticks) and condiments (wasabi/soy sauce/ginger) so it lets you get what you need, they also have some very simple and yet highly appreciated disposable trays for your condiments so that you don't have to slather them all over your sushi before eating!
Recently opened in queen street, very fresh, and great flavor. The best "quick" sushi I've had in Brisbane for sure. Recommendations: grilled nigiri salmon or scallops (delicious!). The sashimi is cheap compared to other restaurants, and as fresh. Totally recommend it!
Bought a packet of fresh sushi set and fresh salmon & tuna set, also seafood salad box. It is so easy to prepare for Easter Friday lunch meal!
I enjoyed variety of sushi on Easter Friday!
Store is clean and tidy, pretty good! There are a lot of variety of sushi, but many people lined up at there around lunch time during week days.
My previous experiences of Sushi Hub have all been great and my first time at this branch was no different. I don't know how they make their food tastier than their competitors but keep doing it!
Saw someone before me get the grilled tamagoyaki so thought I'd give it a try too - best decision đź‘Ś

Amazingly delicious fat high quality sushi, have only ever heard good things about this, line is always a mile long and they are always able to absolutely smash through it very efficiently. Has put every other sushi restaurant I used to visit to shame. And open so early, so perfect, love this place.
Tasty sushi for lunch today, I was walking past an noticed how fresh the food looked, the shop was clean and tidy and the service team were quick and efficient, it was delicious and would highly recommended.
Happy morning on my first Brisbane landed on sushi Hub
