Had dinner here and the food was lovely. We both ordered the Salmon salad and it was really tasty. Nice atmosphere and lovely staff. Very well priced
I visited this restaurant for the first time the other night and can say it won't be the last. I highly recommend the Pesto and Pumpkin Linguine, it was absolutely delicious. The wait time was very reasonable for a group of five dining at peak time, and the staff were very polite and welcoming.
impeccable service, friendly atmosphere, quality meal :)
breakfast or dinner you can't go wrong...
all round excellent experience, every single time :)
10/10 highly recommend :)
Best breaky burgers and very friendly service. Eggs Benedict are definitely great value and decently priced add-ons. Excited to try lunch and dinner here.
Great service, staff are always friendly. Coffee is always great and food is too. Their Breakfast buns are unreal, must try them. Always a great vibe and very reasonably priced
Went to Seven Stones with a friend for breakfast today. The service was great and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely go back.
Light meals - pork belly. Omg ! Amazing!
Will definately be coming back for more! Delish!
... Staff were also lovely :)
Good Food, Reasonable Prices. We went there as two couples, for lunch, with a voucher. Not many other patrons, and only the chef and a waitress as staff, but service was friendly and efficient. The food was quite good, (Confit Duck, Pizza, B'Stilla, Lamb Salad) and the prices were quite reasonable. The Flourless Chocolate Cake was delightful. BYO as well, which is a bonus.
Went to seven stones last Tuesday night for dinner, they were busier than I had expected with large table also booked in, still they did a great job with only 1 waitress and 2 chefs.
Garlic pizza was delicious and quick to arrive, I had BBQ ribs which were nice but slightly tough and a bit dry the other half had the lamb rump which was cooked perfect with a yummy jus, will be back again for sure next time to try the fresh baked pizzas they all looked grey as they were carried past us.
Lovely meal!. We decided to try Seven Stones for a Friday night quick bite to eat.
Our garlic pizza bread, duck risotto (served vegetarian without the duck), seafood linguine and chocolate cake for dessert all earned two thumbs up.
Customer service was very friendly and quick.
A delightful find in the suburbs.
Great mains at fair prices. Will return.
Great Meal. A family dinner out to celebrate a birthday. Neat and tidy decor and interesting menu. Started with the antipasto platter for two and the breaded pork belly. While the antipasto was OK the homemade hoummous was the star along with the pork belly! Mains of mushroom risotto and lamb loin were favourites along with the lemon tart dessert. Good friendly service rounded a great evening off! We'll be back!
Mmm good pizza. We got a 2 for 1 deal for pizza - mmm good. Nice crispy bases.
Punches above its weight. I am a regular customer at Seven Stones and am puzzled by the negative reviews. The service is friendly, the food is tasty and priced reasonably. The place is not 5 star, but neither are the prices, and, in my opinion, they certainly punch above their weight for being a small suburban restaurant. When I want silver service, I head to one of the expensive places in the city. But when I want a lowkey local feed at a reasonable price, seven stones is generally where we go. And my husband LOVES the hot rock steaks - yes you kind of cook them yourself, but they taste so good and are always hot.
Amazing service from wait staff! Delicious food made by a wonderful chef! Wonderful environment. 10/10 will definitely be back!
Banana pear and raspberry bread.....Ehrmagerd! So good!
These guys use clean skin coffee which I always enjoy...and it was pretty well made.
Love the changes to the pizza menu! Dined on Wednesday night, food was lovely! Little disappointed no dessert menu though :(
Eggs bunny Bacon! Sooo good!
Rate anywhere that makes there own hollandaise and these guys do a pretty damn good job! Coffee was good...would suggest an extra shot though if you like yours strong.
Visited seven stones for the first time Saturday night, was a little hesitant due to some recent negative reviews.
We were greeted by a very lovely young lady and sat by another equally nice young man by the name of Ed.
We were brought water straight away and offered drinks to start us off.
We opted for the bruschetta to start I had the Gnocchi Milano and hubby had the Carne pizza. We ordered two glasses of house red which I was informed was a cab Shiraz from south Australia. Meals all arrived promptly and I honestly have no complaints. Service and quality of food I felt were above average considering we were dining in suburban Brisbane. Staff were young but honestly didn't feel it considering the quality of what was delivered. We will be back for sure...might even bring some friends
Had lunch with a work colleague last Friday, first time visiting had been recommended by another colleague. coffee was very good, service was nothing special as it is counter service although the girl who did serve me at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. Had the steak and Philly baguette....would definitely recommend...bloody delicious! All in all suited my needs perfectly, will be back for sure
I really like this place! It's a little confused about what it wants to be...but I visit every morning for my coffee and am yet to have anything less than a positive experience. Rach and the team Always welcome me with a smile, even when there rushed off there feet! Love the coffee keep up the good work guys!
Very sexy male waiter named Ed was working.
Pizzas are good...but didn't blow my mind...
Seven Stones - Good Food, Good People. Upon entry to Seven Stones, I could clearly see that this business was well run and maintained. I was served by a wonderful waitress named Belinda, who appeared delighted to serve me. Nick, although not my designated waiter was also friendly.
It was rather busy at the time that I ordered yet food arrived suprisingly fast. I ordered a Turkish Lamb pizza, which was very well presented with the taste even better!
At the end of the meal, Belinda (our waitress) was very pleasant and thankful for us choosing Seven Stones.
Overall I was very pleased with my meal and would happily eat there again!
Thanks, Joe
P.S try the Turkish Lamb Pizza, it was devine - Bon Appetit
Pleasantly Suprised!. I was a bit dubious about going down after reading a few of the mixed reviews below. But i still went down and was very impressed, my family and i had a combination of pizza's and hot stone steaks. The steaks were very tender and the pizza's were delicious and very reasonably priced, with a large only about $20! not the $30 i was had read about. I did ask the waiter about this and was informed they had just recently updated the menu, Overall a really great meal, with nice friendly service! i'll be back!
Decided to go in for lunch. Had the gourmet lamb burger and a delicious iced coffee! Will definitely be back with friends :)
Food terrible. Service intermittent. Steaks on menu(dubious sourcing, quality far from what it used to be) perhaps they now buy steak from crazy clarks) Prices-high. Use to be really good. Coffee better than food.
Worlds Best Coffee. What else can be said .....
I have been a regular at seven stones for a very long time. There food is second to none, and certainly better than any other pizza on the Northside. Will be back again this week. Ps-your supremo rocks
Entry says open Sunday. Definitely not open Sunday.
Foods awesome, coffees awesome and the staff are super friendly and nice. We've started going there as our weekendly indulgence, and it's never disappointed. The other reviews on this place, saying it's bad, those people are idiots. Cause this place is just so great and chilled out, fantastic to go and relax at.
What's that dumb dumb? That's the question you'll ask yourself when you see all the Easter island heads (a very bad Night At The Museum pun).
They use only the very exquisite Cleanskin coffee here, which of course I had to buy a bag of to take home. So smooth and delicious, it's like a java party is happening right in your mouth!
I've yet to try the food, by the smell of pork ribs coming from the kitchen gives me very little excuse to give it a try.
Easy relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and great (not good) coffee! Why wouldn't you give it a try?
Delicious food and a few good vegetarian/vegan options. The service and atmosphere were both great too. My one comment would be that the serving sizes could be a bit bigger.
Food was pretty good and the staff are very polite and friendly!!! 5 Stars! I think BWS at Everton Park, Stafford Road could learn a thing or two from these guys. Whose staff are rude, impatient and extremely judgmental.
