Noticed this seafood restaurant just located above the Rico when we had the dinner downstairs. Kept our promise to explore it so arranged an early bird dinner here to enjoy half price benefit.
We had the experience to dine in its sibling at the Sanctuary Cove so pretty much know what to order.
We placed entree of Seafood Chowder and prawn Paragon and while some fish and spaghetti marinara for the mains.
Food came to table with a good flow. Seafoods are all fresh with good quality in each dishes. Could not be too picky but suspect the before discount prices are too high.
I think having meals at its sibling should be better because it is whole day charged at half pricešŖ
Rating: 4.5/5
Phuong Tran and I did a walk-in for Monday lunch and we were quickly seated despite having no reservation. The restaurant is quite full with diners taking advantage of the half-price Menu.
Our cheery waiter Gui from Brazil is so welcoming and helpful with our Drink and Food Menus. Before long, we are sipping our refreshing Tropical and Lychee drinks.
*Garlic Prawns ($14) taste fresh, served on a bed of rice with a tasty cream sauce. Rating: 5
*Grilled Whole Sole ($21) is perfectly grilled with a lemon butter sauce served with roast pumpkin, potatoes and steamed Broccolini. I really enjoy this large Grilled Sole. Rating: 5
*Pan Fried Salmon ($21) is a large fish fillet served with roast pumpkin, potatoes and salad. The Salmon is a tad overdone but PT enjoys this meal. Rating: 4
Casual dining at its best with beautiful elevated views of the Brisbane River. The happy experienced staff makes this a memorable lunch for us. While we rate the food at 4.5, the service and half-price Menu improves our overall score to a perfect 5!

absolutrly loved everything!
Visited for lunch today. Absolutely perfect. All staff were very friendly and professional. The food could not have been better. Highly recommend
Came here for the lunch specials half priced menu. We were seated down very quickly and the staff was very attentive to us too. Both pastas we ordered were very delicious, although we felt that the presentation could be a bit better (but what can I say, itās half priced!).
However, I did notice that we were not treated as well as other well dressed customers as my friend and I just wore a simple dress.
Food was delicious and I will definitely return for their lunch specials. I donāt think I will dine here at full price because I would have a lot higher expectations.
We came here last night for a special occasion. The food was amazing as usual! We had the avocado seafood and smoked salmon appetiser and garlic bread to start. All very delicious, the smoked salmon was excellent, did not have an overt āfishyā smell or taste. For main we had barouti and chicken fettuccine with a side of vegetables. Again, delicious, the side vegetables the best Iāve had. Dessert was chocolate mudcake, yum. We had a wonderful night, the atmosphere was warm, friendly and view fabulous. Great place for excellent food and child friendly, although such a mixed bag of diners on the night we went. We canāt wait to go back!
Staff are friendly - good and efficient service.
The lunch half price deal is amazing value. The food is beautiful and very tasty and if you can sit outside or at the window then it adds to the experience.
I rate it and will be returning.
The place is amazing. You will have a view of the Brisbane river. The food tastes good too. We went there for lunch. I ordered the ''ship and shore''. It got lobster, steak, prawns and salad. The lobster was so good with mornay sauce. The salad is ok. But the steak is quite over cooked. The dessert of the day was a nougat with pistaccios. It was ok. Oh the calamari is the best.
The best dinner We never had in Brisbane during our holiday last month. The service was excellent, the location as well, the food was superb. We ordered mainly fish, calamari, octopus, barramundi and veggies. Awesome. Hope to come back again.
Had a great time there, the staff were lovely and the food was even better. Simple but delicious meals and very well priced at lunch. Would definitely go back there!
This is my picky mothers favourite restaurant in Brisbane cause she can dress up, she loves half price stuff, loves an early night and she loves a good simply cooked meal. It's at Eagle st pier so good luck finding parking, last time I went, they didn't validate parking.
Service is always super professional, enthusiastic and prompt. I have never had bad service the last 4-5 times I've been here. Expect the waiters to know the specials like the back of their hand, be prompt on orders, drinks and be happy to take photos for you haha.
My only complaint is that light is not quite endangered, let's say a threatened species in this restaurant. Lighting is not equal and some parts are much, much darker than others. Makes it hard for good photos!
My sister came with us and had haloumi for her entree. 3 slender pieces of haloumi with char grilled capsicum, in a stack on a giant plate. Enough said.
As my entree, I got the grilled baby octopus, which came on a bed of buttery short grain rice and a bright citrusy sauce. I get this every time cause I love octopus, I love their tender, squishy heads and crispy tentacles. Not as generous a serve as my old fave the Greek club but nothing to be sneezed at either.
I got the barramundi as my main, a solid fillet of fish that was meltingly soft and moist. I got some tasty potatoes, asparagus, a meaty shitake mushroom that I gave to my sister, some lemon and herb oil and a big blob of tartare sauce. Tartare is one of my sisters favourite sauces so she stole most of it.
My sister got the ravioli. She said it was passable. They actually have a daily veggo/vegan menu but the options looked a bit fancy for my potato/simple fare loving sister.
My mum got the lamb fillets as always. It's immensely blurry but she gets this every time so it's Hella good.
My opinion of this place doesn't matter cause I'll keep getting dragged here just like Runcorn tavern with my dad.
I had an exceptional dining experience here last weekend!Ā
First off, the view is epic, as you would expect from Eagle St Pier.Ā
I went here with an empty stomach and high expectations and i left with a smile on my face and a full belly!Ā
I found it tough to decide between a few dishes, so i thought, why not go the 4 courses for $50.Ā
I had the garlic bread, calamari, chicken paragon, the coffee dessert and an espresso.Ā
This was not a meal, this was a feast! I struggled to finish it all, but ensured i did, as my tastebuds were tingling and didn't want to deprive them of the flavours.Ā
Would i recommend the 4 courses and a coffee for $50? Hell yeah i would!!! Don't forget to wash it down with a red wine ;) (i went for the cab sauv)
Great food. Get seated before 6:30 for 1/2 price menu.
Be careful when dining on the weekend though, youāll get slapped with a 10% weekend surcharge
The 4 of us had one seafood platter and could not finish it. The seafood is fresh and well cooked and it is next to Brisbane River. However if you wish to try more variety and were interested in the half price dishes, make sure you read the menu carefully.
I Have eaten at Georgeās numerous times, high quality food at extremely reasonable prices with a friendly yet elegant atmosphere.
The wine list is not extensive, but has some nice selections.
Delicious barramundi and salmon dishes. To finish off an awesome night was two incredible desserts to celebrate straya Day. The customer service was fantastic. The view was awesome would recommend this Restraunt to any visiting tourist to brisbane. There is an awesome deal to dine in between 5:30 and 6:30pm to have dinner at half price.
Excellent meal, really attentive service. Great seafood. Wine list was decent quality and all around a really good experience while on holiday. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Located in eagle st right om the water this place has some a great view. The service is fantastic, very professional and it seems like staff love being there.i had the lamb cutlets and rissotto. It was a great size and the cutlets where cooked medium rare and a goid size. If you book before 6.30pm at night you get the cheaper menu. Even though its worth it without it, this is great value for money.
The food was delicious, made even better by the view. The barramundi was the perfect size, and cooked to perfect. I asked for my dish to be cooked without butter, I would suggest this as the people I were with, although still very delicious, did say there was a bit too much butter for the food. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
ambiance: noisy but it is a big restaurant and it was quite busy. Ā Beautiful view of the river.
service: very good and the food came in good time particularly considering how busy they were. waitress was very obliging about our using two cards to pay for the meal.Ā
food: good portion size and well cooked and well thought out. Very pleasant meal.
Food was amazing. Service was 5 start. Oysters had to be the best i have ever had. Will be returning to try more of the menu thats for sure.
Georges is my go to spot for a nice work lunch, with the menu being half price over the lunch (and early dinner) rushes. Every time, without fail I will order the Calamari (it's just too good!) The portion sizes are decent and the calamari is tender. We tried the oysters on my last visit too, the Mornay and Kilpatrick sauces were both so delicious!
Had a delicious meal here. Would absolutely recommend booking as there was a substantial wait (even for a Tuesday). Atmosphere was lovely, service was very polite and attentive. Lovely moscato, and extensive wine list. I ordered the barbeque bugs which were quite good, possibly a little too charcoal-y/on the well-done side, but serving size was good, sauce and rice bed was incredible. Friends had the octopus and the eye fillet and were very happy. On the expensive side of things, but definitely worth it in my opinion- will be returning.
Second visit: had fantastic sashimi, prawn cocktail and oysters. The lobster mornay was incredible - would definitely recommend.
Great place to enjoy a seafood lunch or dinner with a view of the brisbane river! The whole sole is a must try, beautifully cooked and your fish is flipped when you are done with one side. Love it!
Nice atmosphere with attentive and friendly staff. Had perfectly cooked eye fillet. Partner and his dad has salmon. Can cater for food allergies and had it during the half price meals timeframe: not sure I would pay full price for it but it was good all the same. Would return here for the half price meals again.
Great Story -
In the 24th Mar 17 I ordered Steak Medium. It came out Rare. The manager gave me a whole new meal, gave my wife a free pina colada, me a corona, and when I got the bill he didnt charge me for the steak and apologized repeatedly. How good are they?
Im so happy with the brand this name represents, Ive always been happy with the Sanctuary Cove Georges, now Im equally impressed with the Eagle Street venue.
Thanks Georges,Ā We will be back
Dave
Heard that this restaurant is a must-try restaurant in BNE, and finally we tried!
I ordered the Mykonos course meal.
I should say- concerning the price, it is great and worths the money, but not every course in the menu is great.
Appetizer serves garlic bread and greek salad. Love that! The garlic bread is warm and and the dough is soft. Greek salad is appetizing!
For entree, I chose ravioli. Actually I am not a big fun of this. The ravioli skin is hard, and the sauce is too strong so I can't really taste the filling. My friend chose the prawn paragon, and the prawn i should say is really yum.
For main, i chose fish of the day, and they had barramundi that day. The fish was cooked well. Quite tender, but it is not that surprising.
The dessert that day was like chocolate pudding with ice cream. Thumbs up. Exactly what i want: not too sweet, and the texture is quite smooth.
It is good to try cuz i never try before, but I will consider whether I will go twice.
Reasonably priced particularly for the location. Delicious food cooked and plated with care and flair yet unpretentious. Good portion sizes. Extensive menu. Excellent service!!
Went to George's seafood paragon late last year. Amazing seafood! The meals were absolutely delicious. The fish was cooked to perfection and everything was so fresh! Had an amazing waiter who tended to our needs & was happy to make recommendations. They also have some great lunch deals. Will definitely be going back.
The atmosphere here is great, looking over the Brisbane river whilst having fresh seafood. I always get the set menu here, amazing food and great for large groups. George's is a real crowd-pleaser and everyone who comes here leaves with a smile on their face.
Located in Riverside complex, this place offers fantastic views with fantastic food. We frequented this place late evenings, usually before the last call and the staff was gracious enough to not rush us.My friends would go gaga over Barramumdi and Prwans, while I would happily go with the vegetarian special of the day (Gnocci and Risotto that I can recall). Garlic bread needs special mention
Beautiful seafood with great service & gorgeous river/city views.
Went to George's a few weeks back. Had a booking for 7:30, however as previous diners were still occupying the table, had to wait. We were seated in the foyer area with drinks whilst we waited. Half an hour later, still waiting so spoke to the staff (who were very courteous) and they were very apologetic.
Once we got to our table, without saying a word, they offered our large table of guests two complimentary bottles of sparkling! Can't grumble at that at all!
Although very busy, the staff were attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Every single person on our table loved their meal.
If you're a seafood lover...this is the place for you. Perfectly cooked (not under-cooked nor over-cooked), beautifully fresh and really great flavours.
As it was my mothers 80th, we had a cake brought out and all the waiters gathered around to sing her happy birthday. She absolutely loved it!
Definitely recommend this place, as it's well appointed, the right ambience and great food.
Ate at George's Sanctuary Cove and Brisbane city several times. Love the freshness of its seafood and great service. Both locations' views are beautiful too.
Had the garlic prawns today and I'm so delighted to know that they now serve with zucchini fries instead of the usual chips/fries. Its a yummy and a healthier option.
Some of the dishes are to die for. Creamy based ones I love like the mussels paragon, prawn fettuccine and the garlic prawns. Tried the tomato based ravioli, seafood chowder and panna cotta but wasn't too impressed. The half price is really worth it if you love what you ordered. Staff are quite attentive and polite.
There goes my fort nightly Centrelink. Basically used child support to treat myself to this delicious seafood platter. Damn my kid ain't getting nothing. Das sad. Spell it backwards.
Das sad.
Georgeās Paragon is well known throughout Queensland and beyond. Chances are that if youāve visited Sanctuary Cove, youāve eaten at Georgeās Paragon. A big restaurant with an even bigger menu that keeps the punters happy by offering almost all of itsĀ meals at half price for early bird diners. Itās such a successful model that Georgeās is now in a number of locations, including a prime position in Brisbane. Perfect for a work crowd.
Meatballs And Beef Cheeks
+3.5
I've been to George's twice for birthday dinners and once for lunch. Ā Good service and good food, but it feels like they have a bit of an identity crisis - Greek/Seafood restaurant with a menu that is equally Italian/steakhouse. Ā The Greek salad was good, the Calamari was well received and I've enjoyed the ravioli, chicken Florentine and eye fillet. Ā Better value at lunch or if you get there early enough to enjoy the 1/2 price menu.
I've eaten at all of your locations so I feel that's proof right there that the food is great! I just love coming here. I am addicted to the mango chicken so always find it hard to try something else. I do however love coming with a group so we can have lots of wonderful fresh seafood. My mouth is watering just thinking about your food!
Very good value for a lunch option with lovely river views & decor. Oysters were very reasonably priced & delicious. Mains were all a good size and everyone enjoyed their dishes. Staff were friendly and attentive. We were limited with time & were in & out in an hour. Would highly recommend a lunch time visit either at leisure or a work lunch.
We dined here with a group of 20. The service was exceptional. They took the order at the same time for All 20 and meals came out all at the same time. I was impressed that the girl got every single order right. Well done. I had the fettuccine garlic prawns. Not bad.. Way way wayyy too much sauce! ( note to chef : please tone down on the sauce, too rich and too much ) my husband got the snapper and said it came out way over cooked.
Presentation is very good.
Atmosphere is great.
We didn't even wait that long for our meals even though there was a FULL restaurant. I think that place works very efficiently and everybody knows their job which makes it look very smooth and very professional.
Eagle St waterfront is an overpriced strip so this place is relatively good value for lunch. Nice view and good service. Fresh oysters were good. Wine list is cheaper than nearby. Cheese platter should have something apart from supermarket styles
This is almost my 10th time coming to George Paragon and to be quite honest it's getting a bit bland for me. Don't get me wrong, the first couple times I went, I was absolute awe of this place but as I frequented this place more often, it started getting old.
Note: all the prices are from the half priced menu (lunch or if you are seated for dinner between 5.30 till 6.30)
For myself I ordered the Calamari ($11.50) and the Barouti ($35.50). The Calamari was mint, but the Barouti disappointed. They seem to use the same sauces for the Barouti, Garlic Prawns as well as the Seafood Crepe ($18.50). The cream just overwhelmed the taste of the seafood and it seems to me that the rice in every dish is the same.
The BBQ Prawns ($18.50) continously impresses me and is one of my favourite dishes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
The Barramundi ($19) was cooked great although I didn't enjoy the avocado sauce that came with it. The fish is roughly seasoned so for those who don't like the fishy taste, I do not suggest this dish.
Overall for those who haven't been here before, please do! It is a fantastic restaurant especially for the first time. Don't let my biases get in the way of this seafood restaurant
FOOD: 7/10
SERVICE: 10/10
AMBIENCE: 9/10
Great service, great location, fantastic prices. Quick bite to eat at lunch time. I had the prawn and avocado. This is one of the better George's Paragon restaurants. You can't complain with a 1/2 price menu.
First time coming to the Brisbane Georges, having visited the Gold Coast one many times. Absolute love coming here, wait staff are superb and food is always excellent. Love the bbq bugs and grilled barramundi. Always a pleasure.
Just went for lunch again. Went away from my usual, had the scallops and mussels. Still fantastic, both in taste and value for money.
Myself and a party of 15 others dined at George's Paragon Seafood Restaurant Monday night; we were seated before 6:30 so we had the half price menu. Our waiting staff were absolutely brilliant and knew off the top of there head what each meal consisted of. For a entree I ordered the calamari and my partner order the king prawns (4 prawns in meal), both entrees were delicious and for me quite filling. For a main I ordered the Atlantic Salmon and my partner order the Acropolis (steak with garlic prawns as a topper) and again the meals were delicious and very satisfying. Even with a large number at our table our meals came out all on time with each other and we didn't have to wait for long. The staff were very accommodating and had a high level of service.
Went here for dinner with my wife on Jan 2. After finding very few restaurants open we decided to give Georges a try. We loved it! Prompt excellent service with tasty food.
We were very impressed and will definitely be heading again soon.
My partner and I came in on a Tuesday night thinking it would be quiet but boy were we wrong. We arrived at 6.25pm hoping for the 1/2 price dinner. Upon arrival we were greeted by a young gentleman who told us that no 2 seats were available but directed us to the drinks area while we waited. Before we proceeded over there, I wanted to clarify that if we dined would we still be receiving the 1/2 price menu. He said he 'would look after us and make sure we did', so we waited.Ā
45 minutes later we finally got seated - we didn't expect to wait this long but the hype of this place kept us motivated. Unfortunately we got seated with the full price menus and disclosed to our waiter that we were promised the 1/2 price. After a short discussion with his manager, the young gentleman had noted a 7pm arrival for us, instead of 6.25 but the manager accommodated and we were able to dine at 1/2 price.Ā
The location is beautiful, staff are attentive, and the food was devine. We ordered 12 oysters (natural, mornay and kilpatrick) which were to die for, and 2 kanonis (snapper, bug, king prawns with mash and asparagus). We'll definitely be back for the food but only at 1/2 otherwise it's rather expensive.
hat a fantastic location. We were seated by the window for dinner with fantastic views over the river. The food was delicious. I had the marrowbone with snails. I loved it! The wait staff were fabulous. Could not fault this place!
Everything about this restaurant was lovely: the atmosphere, food and service were all divine. I had the Paros set menu (which was great value for money) and all courses were delicious. The seafood chowder and the creamy cheese sauce on the chicken paragon were particularly delicious. My girlfriend had the Corfu set menu was also very happy with her meals (apart from a few personal taste issues with some seafood items, no big deal). The service was prompt and polite and the views were breathtaking. Definitely recommend.
Fantastic! Amazing location, amazing food, great price. The service was fab.
Went on a girls lunch with the ladies I work with. The place was busy to say it was only lunch time but they had half price on all meals which made it cheap for lunch. I had the seafood crepes, and others had calamari, the seafood plate, chicken dishes, (I can't remember everything!) but we all walked away asking when we were going to try again!!
Very hearty seafood fare. We had the barramundi half price deal which was very enjoyable. Only thing was the over abundance of sauces. Creamy lemon, salsa verde and some unidentifiable squiggles on the plate. A bit OTT for barramundi, which doesn't need too much to enjoy. Some quiet lemon and a dash of olive oil would've sufficed.
However I've given Georges a pretty good rating because it was good value for money and other than the sauce overkill was quite ok. Because we took advantage of the half price deal, the shortfall was made up by by offering pretty average but very overpriced wines. If Georges had a good BYO deal, we'd certainly go there more often.
Excellent service and staff which earns the extra point. The buzzing atmosphere was quite nice as well, with a lovely view of the Brisbane River.
This place is fantastic. Great riverside views and seating, the wait staff are attentive. The New Zealand Sauv Blanc was divine. I had the schnapps the topped with garlic prawns.
My friend is here on holidays from Adelaide. We've decided this place will be our once s trip favourite restaurant treat.
Went here with a big group of friends. Even though we booked late the restsurant was still accommodating. The setting was nice and the views of the brisbane river were even better. The service was also great - all the waiters were approachable. In terms of the food, the meals were cooked well with good presentation. I would come again during there half price special hours!
The staff were extra lovely and attentive. Beautiful restaurant and views. We had a large table celebrating 2 birthdays.
All of the meals look amazing and everyone was happy.
I did enjoy my garlic prawns very tasty, the sauce and rice perfect but the zucchini fries were just horrible, they were like bad stale nibs from no name chip packet. They didn't suit the dish or the restaurant at all.
The restaurant then surprised us with 2 small happy birthday deserts for our birthday friends, lovely touch.
Unfortunately found out that there's no parking validation and cost us $70 FOR 2.5 HOURS directly under the restaurant, that advertised a $20 for 3 hour lunch. Onky later to find small print u can't see while driving said had to be pre booked.
I would love to come back and try the other meals but the parking makes this impossible.
I have been to Georges about 4 times in the past 2 years & their staff are well mannered + friendly. Food is always amazing & even when the place is full, you do not seem to wait too long! I'd come again any day!
The food was nice, but I feel like you could probably get similar quality food from a decent fish and chip shop. They do offer more variety in terms of seafood though than your average fish and chip shop, and the view and service were excellent.
We came on a Thursday lunch time around 2. We had a group of 15 and the staff were lovely and served us quickly. Water was provided and the plates were set for us. Igor the steak mignonette and it was delicious, perfectly cooked, tender and the sauce was to die for! We ordered four French fries which were crispy, full of flavour and combined with a punchy garlic aioli. The half price menu is a bang for your buck and well worth a visit! Well done!! BUT a $3.90 per head cakeage fee seems abit excessive..
Everything is fanatics, food, envoirnment, service and price, this restaurant make me feel good impaction on the country! I love Australia and will visit again during the trip!
Half priced lunch...yes please! Love the food, service and view! Lunch prices are affordable but for dinner probably a bit steep. Guess you pay for its prime location. The one at Sanctuary Cove is very good too. Looking for an excuse to go here again.
Great venue with above average service. The food isn't anything special although I did only order the seafood basket which was like a seafood basket that you would expect from your corner fish and chip shop, my wife was happy with her seafood pasta.
Seafood was nice and great value for cray fish. Nice view from the balcony to the story bridge. One of the best seafood restaurant in Australia.
Good food and service. Dined here a couple of times lately and was a safe choice. The fish of the day is good value. The souvlaki we had didn't stand out but was good.
It's always a wonderful experience at George's Paragon. They are always over-staffed which is good from a customer's perspective. You'll take a sip of your water, look away, go to take another sip and its full again. I always feel like I have to be on my best behaviour though. Lol. My favourite meal is the Atlantic salmon. They do the crispy skin perfect. That's what I look forward to when I order fish anyway. My boyfriend is obsessed with the BBQ baby octopus. He said he's never had it better anywhere else.
Great experience every time. Fantastic food, great staff, gorgeous location on the river. Been many times now and am yet to really fault the place - I always leabe very satisfied. ordering tip: the skandali - I'm obsessed with It!
Half Price Lunch, still good quality!!. We went there for lunch and got half price, and we thought the food quality would not be that great. However, three of us really enjoyed the food we ordered. Great view
George's Paragon. Amazing food! We have eaten here on a few occasions now and never disappointed with the quality of food and service.
Service 9/10 Food 6.5/10 P.... Service 9/10
Food 6.5/10
Price 8/10
Setting 7/10
Overall not a bad experience but not great. Food was a little plain and the place smells really weird. Kind of like a retirement home or hospital.
Wonderful experience at Georges Brisbane. 5 star service - our waiter was extremely friendly. Clean restaurant.
Rated 4 stars as the steak and lamb were okay. Definitely recommend ordering seafood over the meat dishes.
During dinner we sat next to a family who had a child that kept screaming and our tables were not socially distanced so I wished they couldāve politely move us away because it was not very busy when we had dinner at 5:30pm.
Came here to try the this beautifully located seafood restaurant after hearing it multiple times online, and it did not disappoint in the slightest. It was known for having a āhalf pricedā menu but it seemed to be standard priced anyways since it was still quite expensive, but it was reasonable given the setting and the type of food. We were fortunately seated on the balcony, right at the views of Brisbane River.
Our waiter was a very polite and properly trained gentleman, and my god what a delight it was to be served by him, Iāve never had such fantastic service before in all my life. Regardless, he informed us of everything we had to know and he attended to us throughout the entire evening. I remember we had the grilled octopus, fish of the day (I dont remember what it was), garlic prawns, and a sort of small platter of mixed seafood to share, with a side of chips. I also had a cocktail just to try since the menu seemed so extensive. We were fortunate enough to dine at a time where the sun was setting, which made the view look a lot nicer in the nighttime.
It was a pretty nice spot for seafood and for dinner in general, with pretty views and incredible service.
Food was really well presented š on the plate (check out pics) and served to the right temperature of each food type.
Price is debatable, it wasn't cheap nor expensive. Even though we went at the "lunch half price special" we ended up getting a full priced meal each. For our 2 meals and handful of drinks it was roughly $175.
Service was very friendly and the restaurant was clean, definitely needs a renovation as you can see the age of place just about every where you looked.
Food and Service was amazing, the oysters were a bit pricey and they were very small. The food was great but it could be cheaper for what we got. The staff were always there to assist us. Might go back, and order something different, everything was great but the price was a bit too high
3.75 āļøLovely service with nice views of the river. The interior is a bit outdated and the cutlery we got had to be swapped because it was unclean. Lunch special is reasonably priced. Tried the:
š Garlic bread - standard, pretty expensive for what you get
š Seafood crepe - very flavourful and full of different seafood. Does get quite heavy tho and pancake gets soggy
Visiting George's paragon or the first time and it was such a pleasant experience. Everything from the food, view to the service from the staff was amazing. We got 5 appetisers to share between 2 of us and it was more than enough and the dessert (mud cake) was very tasty as well. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Serena who served us and quickly helped to answer our query in regards to the food. Great food at affordable prices, would highly recommend.
Nice food and nice view. The waiter was friendly and patient.
Ordered seafood and the seafood was absolutely fresh and delicious. The portion for the main dish was quite big however the appetizer was not big enough. Recommended to go there earlier around 5:30 when the restaurant is still not busy.
