Very friendly and helpful staff. I went there for breakfast on Monday morning around 7.00 am. The woman service me are very friendly and breakfast is very good quality.. highly recommend.

Went there for a sweet break. The Opera has absolutely no taste (for a coffee cake, that was quite surprising), the caramel slice should have been named butter slice. great staff and will honestly tell you which food and drink is better. I love the pancake but I had better new york cheesecake in other cafe. shop is cute but not good for groups. It's like a very vintage styled cafe that gives you a wam feeling. overall, it's okay.

Absolutely disgusting service, ordered a steak sandwich, waited over 30min for it, then asked to he refunded as it was taking so long, and there weren't any customers in the shop, Still wanted my food though. Waited another 30 min, asked where my food was, and they said 'oh you've been refund

I had a coffee here. The service was great and with a smile and ordering flexible for personal preferences. Its a good spot when your feet are tired from the markets and you can still be in the throng of it and see the wheel on the other side of the river.

Service was rather slow and it was quite expensive. I had the spinach pastries which were nice but slightly cold. The drinks are not too bad - hot chocolate and peppermint tea. They have plenty of comfortable seating.

This cafe is unique, great old world ambiance. The food is fine, but the service is very slow. I thought the first time I waited over 30 mins for a salad may have been just a bad day, I had said I wanted to cancel by lunch as I had to return to work then the salad appeared so the enjoyment was gone

This is the worst breakfast i have ever had. The staff were completly incompetent. They brought out my poached eggs cold and broken. I returned it only to get tastless poached eggs. The chipolates sausages were deep fried and inedible. My partners meal wasnt even cooked. Do not eat here.
