I orderd around 10 am to get pizza at 6pm . I ve got pizza 6.30 and opened very disappointed as only 3 pepperonies on godfather pizza and not much topping . can't tell in the pics but wasn't that good and nearly break my teeth as I have olive pip.

5 Negative stars. Woeful customer service experience! For a company that bombards you with how great their ordering technology is the pizzas were delivered 50 minutes after the original time with no explanation or apology. Store phone number just rang out the entire time and when the food did arrive it tasted like they had been sitting in the shop for the last hour waiting to be delivered. Bravo Domino’s Sunnybank, you’ve lost a customer but given it’s impossible to reach the store i doubt you’ll notice.

I ordered my 4 pizzas online.
Easy to follow to order and and only took a few mins.
After I selected payments, my pizzas was saying it will be ready in 5mins time. I was so amazed with how quick my pizzas were made.
Customer service rating 5 stars, as I was greeted with a polite way.
My pizzas was delicious and I'm rating them 5 stars.

New ish to the area but Dominos Pizza Sunnybank is, in my 24 years and a half, top 5 and I would say that I have been a regular to a fair few over the time. Nothing is the same as from when we were kids and as time goes on but not to say that it's not still good.
Staff are professional/well trained and seem to take care in what they do, also kind, informative and attentive to their customers.
The only fault is my own as I tend to overindulge,
I have had different delivery drivers every time and always lovely people :)

About ten mins late according to your app.
Was taken aback at being charged a $5 delivery fee and nearly cancelled. Normally I order the cheaper pizzas and get free delivery. This time I ordered two of the expensive ones, and got a delivery fee. $44 for the two pizzas delivered is not good value. Think I will try Pizza Hut.

The vegorama pizza I got looked like topping has thrown on it from a distance and tasted really bad. Rest of the pizzas were not bad condition but really killed my appetite to eat. Delivery driver took the pizza to another complex, so I have to run after her so I can get my pizzas.

Quick and easy dinner. You need to know the coupon code, I always order online and pick up from store. A lot better value for money.

The poorest excuse for pizza I have ever come across. I was reluctant to order here after reading the reviews but decided to give it a go. The topping for all 3 pizzas was non existent. Always pay attention to reviews.. lesson learnt!

Waited over 45 minutes for pizza that was 1 suburb away from shop tracked delivery where they were stationery for over 20 minutes, pizzas topping had fallen off dough and was sloppy mess by the time we got it. Delivery was by bicycle hence time i suppose and box would have been on the side. Topping on supreme was minimal, too expensive for pizzas now , will be giving it a miss and go to competitors

I am a frequent visitor to this place. The service is consistently good but there has been a few times where the extra toppings I selected to put on my pizza through the online order did not happen to be added, which is disappointing. There are also times where the pizza base is unusually greasy, so the quality is not too consistent it seems.

Manager is mental. Went in to pick up some pizzas from the store that I placed online. <br/>To be fair they were cheap pizzas however what we were presented with was the worst excuse for food I have ever seen. When we consulted the manager he basically said what do you expect. When we said that is not good enough, he got super aggressive and told us to leave the store!<br/>So not only the worst food we had ever attempted to pay for but also the worst service we have ever received at the same time.<br/>I hope that Domino's head office reads this because this crazy guy is damaging their reputation.

Very consistent with their service and quality. Ordering online is best to guarantee timely pickups... But still gotta check as always. 6/10 for me

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Ordered 3 pizzas at 7:30pm, asked for them to be prepared ASAP. Arrived at the store only to find out the pizzas were not even made yet (they claimed to not have received my order). Told them the name of the order and the order time, they said they pizzas will be ready in 5 mins. However it took another 25 mins for my pizzas to be ready. Very poor service..... very disappointed. They clearly had forgotten my order and no apologies were made.!

Psychotic Manager!. The store manager from the Sunnybank branch (Shop 2 581 Beenleigh Road SUNNYBANK), was verbally aggressive, rude and offensive when we went to collect our pizzas. They misinformed us and mixed up our order, when we consulted on the issue he would not take responsibility for the store's mistake. The manager ignored our requests and rudely dismissed us from the store in an inappropriate manner and would say things such as 'not my problem see ya later goodbye!' with an aggressive tone. Because of this horrible experience we will NEVER go back to Dominos pizza again! AND it's NOT the first time they mix up our order!
