Great place! Giving 4 stars only because I haven't tried the food menu yet but will update once I eat there. My dirty chai was delicous. Amazing value. Dirty chai, small cookie and a bottle of water for $4.00! Inside is attractive. Outside was nice in the sun but the footpath is on a bit of a slope.
