Review Burrito Bar - Brisbane

We ordered two large deluxe nachos as meals. The portion was fine but they had no seasoning whatsoever, very bland. We had to add lots of salt and sauce to it.

Food size regular is quite small, but still enough. Staff couldn't turn outside fan off and it was a cool night. Some at our table ordered off the table QR code menu and they didn't get their meals. No compensation was offered. Nice setting.

Great easy-going Mexican food and polite service. Not a Mexican in site behind the bar, but they sure know how to make great burritos and Margarita. Actually some of the best Margs I’ve ever been served.

The Friday ribs deal is decent. Ribs fall off the bone, fries aren't the best but tasty. Comes with a beer to have while waiting. Staff are friendly.

ordered a burrito with guacamole and chocolate tacos. burrito came cold after waiting an hour for delivery and with guacamole on the side in two little containers instead of being instead the actual burrito. the tacos came with just the tacos and two churros, leaving out the icecream, strawberries and chocolate sauce and still payed full price. so disappointing for a $40 dollar meal.

The owner seems like he’s really trying but staff at the front have no idea what they’re doing and no customer service skills. Completely got my order wrong and only received 1 out of 3 meals. Needs new/more staff during lunch time.

I only go here for two things. Paprika wings and pulled pork soft tacos. Freaking amazing wings and i you ask them for just wings.. they will give you wings. Staff is really friendly and accommodating. Venue has a real nice chill vibe as well.

So very far from authentic Mexican! The only thing Mexican about this place is the hot sauce. Burrito comes with nothing in it but white flavourless long grain rice, not Mexican, the beans are obviously from a can, not Mexican, I’d add more things that aren’t Mexican to the list of not Mexican things but that’s all that my shredded beef burrito contained, no trace of any actual beef. Save your $10, this would cost $0.40c to actually make. I won’t start ripping on the fries because they weren’t Mexican either. But.. there was only about $0.20c of them in the box, so all in all the box is the highest quality and most expensive item about this meal. I didn’t want to eat the box, so I can’t give you rating there.. but I’m pretty sure it probably had more flavour than the bare bones burrito. lift your game… or get a food truck, or start caring a little!!!! It’s super unmexican of you to be so careless about food.

Giving 2 stars, ever since getting uber eats it's almost as if they don't care about quality. I have 2 broken legs and decided to get my Mexican food delivered, I literally live the next street over from the restaurant. It took the food over an hour to get to my apartment and when I tried to eat it, it was ice cold. I threw out 3/4 of the food and threw the rest up. Thank you for taking $60 of my money. Absolutely disgusted.

I am giving this a rating of 4 as the server is very friendly as is the rest of the staff.  The food is decent for a franchise and reasonably priced.  The restaurant itself is very nice and clean and is family friendly and not cramped at all.  There is a good variety of local and imported drinks on the menu for everyone to enjoy.  Will return  for sure.

Went here for a midweek lunch. The service was friendly and food arrived quickly. The restaurant catches a nice breeze, which combined with a few frozen margaritas was delightful. As for the good, it was pretty bland and ordinary but was freshly prepared. I'd come back for drinks though

Great service - the manager takes great pride in his restaurant and ensures you are enjoying your meal. The food is your typical Mexican franchise food, where it is tasty and fast. Their cocktails are awesome and go down too quickly. It's a great place to sit on a Sunday afternoon having some drinks and food.

Absolutely terrible. We made the mistake of going to the Burrito Bar for dinner tonight. The male waiter (possibly the owner) managed to stuff absolutely everything up. Firstly it took them 15 minutes to send someone over to get our drinks order. It took another 10 minutes for the drinks to actually arrive and he forgot to bring us water as requested. He then stuffed up my partners order and didn't even apologise or offer to fix it up. Our burritos were terrible. The tortilla tasted like it had been microwaved and the ingredients tasted cheap. He still decided to charge us for my partners burrito despite the stuff up. We have been to the Burrito Bar in Hamilton and it was great. We won't be going back to the one in Clayfield. They obviously need to learn a thing or two about customer service.

Last minute decision to eat here on a Saturday afternoon. Service was great - very welcoming and so friendly. We both ordered the pulled pork crispy wrap, which was huge, delicious and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

I had low expectations but it was even worse than anticipated. Regular burritos are the size of your palm, chicken one was filled with 3/4 rice, coriander, a few beans, lots of cheddar, and a tiny amount of non-Mexican tasting chicken. Not an ounce of pico de gallo as they claim or any flavour at all. It was unpleasant and I'm glad I tried it on $2 day as I would hate to have paid $9 for it.

The food here is seriously fresh Mexican. All our servings were generous & bang on in the flavor stakes. Wouldn't say it was authentic Mexican, but it definitely has a Tex Mex twist with maybe a bit of Oz thrown in. I really enjoyed my vegetarian salad dish topped with fresh guacamole heaps of veg,  black beans & rice. The fish burrito was also good packed with crispy fish fillets. What I did enjoy was the corn chips which came with the salsa dips, so flaky & crunchy, actually would go as far as to say the best I have had. Oh not to forget their hot sauce, what a killer!!

Will definitely come back. Service was impeccable, and the Nachos and quesadillas were on point. The drinks also weren't overly expensive and the frozen margarita was nice. Only slight letdown were the wings as they were a tad on the dry side. Overall an enjoyable experience.<br/>
