We ordered well before Oporto we’re closing (1.5 hours before) on Uber Eats and they waited until half an hour after closing to cancel the order! Then nothing else was open at that time. And we’re quite drunk so we needed food! Pls do better to help people with their hangovers in future, poor form.

I always love oporto chicken. It today I went to the place at 11 20. And they don't have food ready to sell. when they supposed open at 10 am.

This is my favourite Oporto
Their food is always really good, and their customer service is way above what you'd expect.
The owner is always super nice, and there's a dark haired girl on front end who always remembers people's names, which is really cool! You can tell that they actually put effort into running their business.

Ordered a triple otropo meal through uber eats only received a double otropo. Burger and chips were still nice but I'm a bit miffed that I didn't get what I paid for.
I hope Oporto will deduct the difference next time I order.
Edit: received coke instead of vanilla coke.

It’s certainly cheap and the service is alight but look at their crispy chicken! It looks disgusting. Soggy in some parts and burned in the others. Definitely the first and the last time I’m eating here.

Tropicana Oporto burger was fresh with bacon, high quality chicken, pineapple and lettuce on light fluffy bun. High quality ingredients, when Maroochydore hungry jacks doesn’t serve pineapple, but Bundaberg does. Bondi’s best burger try it today

The bondi burger was average and not the best burger I've had. Definitely filling if you get the double, but not a place I'd make a special trip to for a burger.

Nice alternative to Nandos with similar style chicken pieces or burgers / sandwiches. My preference would be Nandos as their chicken is more juicy and flavoursome but this is closer to my work

Rude, incompetent staff. Went in when the restaurant wasn't even remotely busy. Asked politely if I could have some tap water (after already purchasing a drink- not instead of), and was met with very rude refusal. Once I received my meal, two items were missing. The first was grudgingly replaced and I didn't bother arguing about the second.
