The frozen Hashbrowns didn't go down well, but the staff were quick to make a new burger and were very apologetic. Good value handy location.

So disappointed right from the counter ordering where the operator asked me for my order and then turned her head elsewhere and did not listen to my response. This happened 3 times during my order. Then when the order arrived, eggs on toast was one where the eggs were cold and my big breakfast, we asked for cutlery to which the response was (no apology) “that should have been supplied at the counter when you ordered” which strangely was provided by the person who took my order ….
After just starting my meal I realized the eggs were not on my big breakfast. We asked a waitress who did not apologize but simply asked poached? A separate bowl was presented with 3 cold eggs.
All in all, our worst Coffee Club experience ever and having a Coffee Club VIP member for over 8 years, it is disappointing. Add To this the state of so many tables not cleaned in a timely fashion (and certainly not due to busy with customers) I would struggle to find decent comment to make about this outlet.
UPDATE: After contacting the manager James, he was very apologetic and refunded our meal. It is great to see that this franchise still values their customers. For the quick and positive response to our experience, I am upgrading our feedback. Thank you James.

I bought a Fried Chicken Caesar Burger today and the chicken was dry to the point where I couldn’t chew it. The bun was super dry as well and there was no sauce in the burger either. I would never eat there again and it’s not worth the price!
Hello James, thank you for responding. Unfortunately I left and couldn’t come back for a refund let alone return the food. Despite you training new staff, you should probably quality check your food before you send it out for people to eat.

Very busy when we went . Tables quite close together. Husband enjoyed his cappuccino. My flat grill not as nice as I have had. Staff need to be a bit more happy. None of them looked like they wanted to be there.

Overpriced for what you get.

Response from Coffee club below is lies. I did not post a photo and I was only there with 2 people. Did not make any demands.
Did not ask nor receive anything for free, no one had a frappe of any sort.
For the lies, I have reduced to one star.

Horrendous service
Terrible food
Eggs Benedict came out, eggs were hard and cold in the centre. Told the staff, they took the plate and returned with just 2 poached eggs with the remainder of the meal missing. Once again bring this to their attention, they take the eggs into the kitchen, remove the old ones add the new ones and put some hollandaise over the top of the old meal that was sitting in the kitchen for 5 minutes.
No apologies, ask for a refund as we are not going to eat a meal that’s been just sitting there and swapped around and their response was ‘what’s wrong with it now’

I work in retail, I have worked for coffee club, I never
leave reviews as I do understand busy periods and
low staff but what I don't understand is poor
management who says they aren't making excuses
when it's clear that's all they are doing
How many times can you get it wrong. Scroll through,
read the responses, maybe accept the fact that it
wasn't to standard, appreciate what the customer has
to say, apologise instead of making a novel of
excuses as to why it was horrendous and maybe just
maybe you'll have that disgruntled customer return to
give you another chance rather than just relying on
the fact that you are based at a tourist destination
and people who are going shopping before their flight
just trust the brand of the 'coffee club' come and keep
you busy just to be thoroughly dissatisfied.
Respond or don't respond again I really couldn't care.
At the end of the day it's you it affects as a business
owner who let their arrogance come through more
than common sense.

Went on Saturday. 3pm. Lots of dirty tables. Ordered kids bacon eggs as cannot eat alot
Came out, scrambled eggs Amazing.. The bacon was precooked then microwave. I couldn't eat so don't know how a child can. I ended up spitting it out in napkin. DON'T ORDER FOR KIDS... Plus 🥑 tasted funny. Not sure if vinegar was added to it but it wasn't right. I couldn't find staff to bring to attention so just left..
