Explored this café that tucked away from the main street of food precinct along the Sandgate Road. Owner is a very passionate guy who runs the show by himself. Ordered a flat white only since this café does not offer much of the food items for brekkie. Took a seat at the far corner of the indoor area and enjoyed my morning break. Coffee came in within reasonable timeframe. No latte art but looked good and smell good. First sip earned my appreciation in terms of the strength and taste; however, the marks of this review would be definitely higher if the temperature of the coffee was higher. Cheers!
We were looking for a cafe for breakfast as the one we had planned to visit was closed. Found this one quite by chance, but they only served coffee & a few delicious looking healthy treats. However the best part about it was that it happened to be very dog friendly. I made a note to come back after we had found breakfast which was just around the corner. So I opted for a takeaway cup which was made very well, with delicious flavor & aroma. The friendly barista recommended a single shot not quite topped up with milk. The resulting brew was delicious Clandestino blend extremely flavorsome
Really outstanding coffee. Some of the best going round. The owner (I assume he is the owner) is clearly passionate about what he does and it shows. Such a great atmosphere and vibe. Who knew Fidel Castro had a place in Nundah?
