This place never fails to disappoint! Absolutely love San Churro! Staff and Service are incredible with their friendly and bubbly personality; amazing sense of humour! Please never remove the Toffee Macadamia Frappe, it's one of the best frappes I've ever had ❤️

Great location. Coffee is delicious and love the mugs. Food is always good and great that you can order from table via QR Code or app. Service is slow albeit friendly. So make it an event and don’t rush.

Wet weather this weekend and what better way to deal with than San Churro. Outdoor seating wasn't good with the rain. So we opted to dine in. There were only two staff on that I saw and maybe they thought the rain would keep people away but I felt they were a little under staffed. I tried to Redeem my points in el social app but couldn't work it so ordered at the counter. Female staff wasn't familiar with the process but got there in the end. I ordered a Naught and Nice takeaway, Classic Spanish hot chocolate, thick, rich, dark, hot and sugar free. Delish! I love their premium shakes, choco loco or cookies. San Churro sundae is good too. Churros cinnamon sugar or icing with any of their choc pots, favs are dark, milk, cookie butter spanish caramel dips. Love their cheesecakes and mud cakes in cabinet too.

I have been to many San Churros across NSW & QLD. However, the South Bank one is, simply, awful. Icant give 0/5 so am giving 1/5. We will never, ever go back there. While we understand that finding hospitality staff post Covid is not easy, our experience here was horrid. We ordered at our table using the app, and paid at the table via the app. Then - nothing happened. No order came out, in spite of the app saying it was ready. We waited. And waited. After 25 minutes (they were not even that busy) we went to the counter, and they didn't appear to know about our order. Eventually half the order came through. After another 20 minutes, my portion of the order has not arrived. I went to the counter to enquire what was happening, and waited another 10 minutes to be served in spite of me bring right at the front. Then they brought out 2 hot chocolates, in takeaway cups - Not even in the standard San Churros mugs. WT ... And the order was wrong. One coffee had chilli in it, and we had not ordered that. And my dark hot chocolate, supposed to be thick, was very runny. By this stage, we simply got up and left. Never again will we return to San Churro South Bank. NEVER.

This place has gone down hill extremely fast. Why did they close the city store when this is by far the worst Sam churro in Brisbane. I came here for a special treat and boy do I regret it. I walk in there is only one person in front of me but it took 10 minutes for the server to actually serve or acknowledge the people in the store. When I am finally served it was a decent wait for my food and drink. Additionally, while being served it was as if I was being ignored as I had to keep repeating myself. While I’m at my table waiting multiple things happen. First, the two tables next to me are filthy with the used plates and rubbish sitting there like an art exhibit. Then, I notice the server who comes out to clean it up is on their mobile phone talking to someone talk about terrible behaviour, you are not meant to take personal calls and be in front of customers that is so unprofessional. Also, my table was dirty it had an old milk stain on it that was being covered up by the small wooden sign holder. When my food came the churros came first they were actually pretty good. However, you’ll notice they are using paper dipping bowls what is this a take out order? Did they forget to clean and now don’t have enough? It made the experience lacklustre, pathetic and suspicious. I say this as if feels like they don’t clean enough it is so dirty here. My simple hot chocolate came 10 minutes later and it was boiling like my tongue was burnt after and it didn’t even taste like chocolate it was just milk and foam absolutely horrendous. This experience ruined my day the service was terrible, the food has gone down hill and I’m so disappointed with this location.

The dessert shop is right next to the road. There are many dessert options such as ice cream, cakes, and moreover. Affordable prices, kids love it very much.

Took exactly 50 minutes to receive a long black. The long black was cold by the time it arrived, presumably because they forgot it on the counter. We ordered churros that came after 10 minutes. Thus having to wait for a simple coffee order for 40 minutes since the churros were delivered. Staff are not friendly or helpful, they even ignored me for over 8 minutes while waiting to check if they had my order. Upon being asked about my coffee they took another 30 minutes to send it out. Churros were well and truly cold upon delivery and the shop was not overly busy. This is the second time we've had this type of experience.

San Churro was a bit disappointing in the fact that they had no # Gluten Free eats. The only thing #GF was the Ice Creams, hot chocolate, fondue and some chocolates but no Churros which was disappointing. The Hot Chocolates menu doesn't mention if it's with powdered milk or chocolate and there are no options mentioned on the menu for skimmed milk or regular / Full fat milk. I felt quite bloated after drinking it so it was probably full fat.
