Absolutely disgusting. From the minute we walked in the room the smell was terrible. The lounge chairs had so much human grease and body fluids on them we did not want to sit on them or touch them. We requested sheets brought up from downstairs to put over them so we could actually sit on them. Curt

Managed to get the money returned after it was taken from the card i used when they were unable to provide evidence
