First time eating at a Hog's Breath or a Hog's Steakhouse in this case and can totally understand the hype. Portions are massive and meat comes swimming in sauce. Loved the curly fries too, so cute!

19/06/15- This is our go to Restaurant for a great feed for our family of 3. Meals are always consistent, We mainly order Prime Rib & Pork Rib Duo (lite-$34.95) as I like my Steak Well Done & we can share a few of the ribs from our plates with our 7yr Daughter who likes to order a kids steak meal. Plus her meal is free on there selected days, wait time considering how busy they are good most times it's a 25-30 min turnaround. Staff are always polite & friendly & if any issues the manger always comes to your table to follow up on That's one of the reasons we keep going back.
Dine here all the time, and love it! The staff are really friendly, and the food is great. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait - but that happens in busy restaurants.
A bit hit and miss.. As above, we've dined here countless times. They get it right most of the time. Customer service is almost always good. Expensive.
Have absolutely nothing negative to say about Hogs Breath at Aspley. Amazing food - amazing service - amazing atmosphere - amazing place! Always and forever will be going here!

Consistent. I'm surprised by the low reviews. We regularly eat at this hogs breath and regularly leave satisfied. The service is Average but the food is pretty consistent.
Saved from Fasta Pasta Disaster. After the appalling service of Fasta Pasta Aspley, we ended up going next door to Hogs Breath. Upon telling them what happened with Fasta Pasta Aspleys incompetence, they got our meals to us (entree & mains & drinks) within 5 minutes. First time we've been to this particular Hogs Breath but I must say it's the best service & food at a Hogs Breath that we've had in a while. Will definitely be returning.
Steaks are always perfectly cooked with tasty toppers. Service is average and meals usually take a little longer then usual but if your not in a hurry and enjoy a nice steak this place is for you.
My favourite Restaurant of all time! You always get a huge serving and the steaks are cooked to perfection. I always get: Avocado Prime Rib, medium rare with mash and veggies. YUM!
I got the lemon merytl salmon, it was cooked very well! I loved my meal!
The drinks were also made very well! As we had a 15 group booking the waitress who loved after us was very patient and catered to everything we asked for. Also letting us spilt the bill!

Always a pleasure to go there as the staff are always friendly and eager to please. Love the prime rib! Prices are ok, middle of the road. Atmosphere is fun but bench seats can be a little uncomfortable after an hour or so. All in all, happy to go there for dinner and not to cook.

Had a lovely experience at Hogs breathe. They cater for inside and outside dining. Provides disability access and toilet amenities. Served in a timely manner and meals were served in a timely manner and large servings. COVID compliance

I can get a healthy meal of steamed vegetables, grilled Chicken breast or Barramundi. Lots of parking, plenty of seating inside and outside, toilets clean and never busy, nice staff with fast service.
We haven't been to HB for a couple of years and were very impressed with the change of menu and food quality. The menu is simpler but still has a great variety of old favourites and new tastes. More vegetarian and vegan options and items other than steak. The service was terrific with a very friendly and pleasant staff. They took great care to accommodate Sunriver who needed dairy free options. Will return again soon.
Decided to eat here after many, many years. We both ordered traditional cuts, me the hickory, my wife the mushroom. There was a misunderstanding regarding the mushroom, it wasn’t a sauce as my wife was expecting, but just mushrooms. The staff were great and came back with a serving of mushie sauce. The steaks were lovely, the mac and cheese a dud choice in hindsight, rubbery and tasteless, and as we remembered, the curly fries were awesome. The staff were efficient to the point that we got the impression they wanted us gone as soon as we’d finished eating. For a date without kids it was great, though the bill would certainly rack up for a family of 4. Overall, 4 stars.
I've always had a great experience dinning at this branch. Staff have been great with a friendly smile and the food portions as big as they always are, so be aware of the cut you order. Yet to visit when something went wrong. My steak came out juicy and to my liking, with a side of curly chips and Caesar salad, topped with mushrooms. Hogs Breathe is always one of the steak houses I recommend to try out with a group of friends or when casually catching up with someone.
