Terrible service. Three orders on screen and it still took over 5 minutes to receive the food. The girl on counter seemed to not give a flying f about anything, clearly is incapable of working even remotely hard. If you want better service, just head up the road to Milton McDonalds, can guarantee you'll have a much better experience.

Promoted products without being overly annoying and/or frustrating.
Generally very friendly staff, however, will not push you into a conversation if you aren't into that.
Waiting time is what you would expect from a McDonald's with especially exceptional times during the breakfast rotation.
Only down side is that they often appear to be lacking staff in comparison with other McDonald's that I have dined at.
In comparison to the rest of McDonald's stores in Brisbane - I am pleased that I have never been told that the Ice-cream machine is not working.
On occasion, I will see costumers waiting for fries to be cooked while if you look over, they are only using up half of the fry cooker.
Overall, an amazing experience and will return as well as recommend to all my friends and family.

Gave the place 3 chances on 3 different days, ordering the same meal (big mac combo). Employees work incredibly slow, even during lunch hour! They may as well call it 'slow' food if I have to wait >10minutes for a simple big mac meal. Then they just dump it on you without even a glimpse or apology and walk away. Drinks were done first but by the time you get your food, either the ice has melted and diluted your drink, or you are halfway to finishing it. Orders pile up and they dont seem to care or hurry it up like what all other Maccas I went to were. Food compared to other outlets are terrible. Burgers often missing an ingredient (cheese for example) and chips are incredibly soggy and salty, its like they cried or sweat over them.
Honestly, if they can screw up a meal this badly, Im not going to bother with another item on their menu. Atrocious customer service. Will not recommend.

I wondered why the two customers in front of me walked away until I myself had waited two minutes without being acknowledged by the girl who was supposed to be on the register. I don't mind waiting but when someone can't be bothered to acknowledge a customer that's not very good customer service. I recommend the bakery instead the workers are friendly and the prices are better value.

Easily the slowest McDonald's. I mean unbelievably slow. The staff just kind of slowly float around. Not that I expect them to zip around full of life at 8am, but surely a manger can make them move around with some verve. And it's not as if the quality is any better. I've learnt to hold off breakie until I get to the maccas at central.

This store is always understaffed and the wait times can get ridiculous. They frequently have signs up saying the soft serve machine is broken and number of times I’ve ordered a Bacon and Egg McMuffin - and paid for it - only be told they have no eggs.

Worst service, terrible staff. It's the McDonald's that head office must have forgotten about. The staff just stand around and can't manage to get simple orders correct. Do not go here. If the service and staff attention is this terrible on the front line imagine what their cleaning routines must or must not entail.

And once i wanted A frozen coke and i used Mcdelivery and it costed $40 AND GAINED 20KG.NEVER GO HERE OR ORDER HERE YOU WILL REGRET
