This stall sells good asian food. I got singapore noodle and it tasted great. But the prawn fried rice didnt suit my taste. It's just too bland for me but my friend liked it. The man was nice. In this stall you can take your own choice of food or order it from the menu.
Good food that was sooo needed after doing a back to back shift at work!!! Service is great. I've only been here twice - so far so good. No complaints from me as of yet.
One of the best Malaysian eateries in this area! They recently changed their management and menu. The chef is from Perak, and they serve one of the best meals for value here.
As an ipohrean, this is my go-to place whenever I crave home cooked food. The wonton combination is my personal fave - comes with 4 huge wontons, charsiu, chicken and lots of noodles and soup. Would definitely recommend this place.
I used to get takeout from this food outlet all the time as a first year uni student! Oh the memories...! Their dishes are consistently tasty, authentic and affordable. Thanks for satisfying my food cravings when Mum wasn't around to cook for me! I'll have to pay you guys a visit the next time I'm in town!
Highly recommend their combination/seafood Chow mein. The real authentic Cantonese crispy noodle (chow mein). I think there is too much sauce, but the noodles are really good. Hainanese Chicken rice is very good too, chicken is so succulent.
I am not too happy with the self service part as usually food not that fresh, recommend everyone just order something on the menu that the chef make it fresh.
Hainan Chicken is the BEST!. I work nearby and eat here at least once a week. I love the Nasi Lemak (with extra ikan bilis), but my absolute favourite is the Hainan Chicken. It's a whole chicken breast (other places give cutlets etc) with the best green gingery sauce. I ask for it without skin, and with half rice and extra pickled carrots- the lady is so friendly and happy to make it specially for me. I have half a dozen people at work hooked on it- it's simply one of my favourite meals of all time. I haven't had the ready made food before, I'm happy to wait for something fresh and tasty. Do yourself a favour...
A ipohreans fav. I've had all the usual Malaysian dishes here and they are all great.
When I need comfort food and feel homesick. This is where I go.
It's a great takeaway and definitely of good value
Awesome. I adore this place! I've been going here casually for years. My favourite dish is Hainan Chicken Rice and it's absolutely amazing. The establishment has great food for a fantastic price. Definitely a favourite.
Meegoreng love!. I've been going to two wongs for their meegoreng and char kwayteow since i started uni back in 2001!! they seriously still have the BEST meegoreng and char kwayteow to date!! i live in melbourne now... but i'll gladly fly back to brisbane just to eat there again!
Wontons!!. The wontons are pretty good. It is usually pretty hard to find a place that actually sells good authentic wontons
Go the wonton soup. Pork wonton noodle soup is lovely. For under $10 the wontons in the soup are fabulous. Lots of vegies and the broth is decent.
