The lady on the cash register was very friendly and very patient with me. My order arrived promptly with a friendly smile. The coffee was great ( not alway easy t
BREAKFAST IN THE MALL Noisy location in the middle of the mall with a combination of wicker or soft cushioned coach to sit in. Quieter inside near the serving counter. SERVICE I found the service was prompt and friendly on my visit. FOOD I ordered the healthy start breakfast. Arrived at my table

45min wait for 2 salads, an open face sourdough toastie, 2 honey sandwiches, waffles and some drinks...except they told us after the 45min wait that there were no more waffles, then wanted to charge us extra to have pancakes instead (which took an extra 20min)... The sourbread was actually wholemeal
Nice service. Decent coffee.
The coffee was undrinkable. Staff were unresponsive on being told that registering dine in with an exercise book was no longer acceptable from 23rd Dec.
