Ordered a hot Rocky road drink and was charged almost $9 even though I have had it 5-6 times before it was around $5. She seemed to think it was okay to give me the largest size without asking and added coffee without asking as well? It's supposed to be a non caffienated drink as the menu states. Us

I ordered two coffees for my mother and grandmother, my grandma doesn't like strong coffee and forgot to tell me, I went back in and they remade it for us for free. They were super polite and understanding plus the coffee is beautiful. 😊

As compared too other Gloria Jeans store this one store was a great disappointment . The hot chocolate was 5 stars. My wife and I order the Scotch filet Burger . the toast was was cooked solid so it was very hard too eat. We where given bread and butter knife s and fork to eat the burger with. I

All the staff are lovely, and the coffee is fantastic. A pleasant place to visit any time of the day, whether you want to stay a while or get your coffee to go.

Horrible! Was looking forward to a nice iced late, but they obviously just use a syrup, no really coffee. Super sweet and didn't even taste like coffee. Went straight into the bin, never again! What a waste of money!

Premises appalling. Grotty seats, garbage all over floor & small rug. Service attendants clearly were not interested in being there. Manage clearly disinterested when informed of his grotty rug & floor. Coffee one of the worst in the world. Don't bother going there, a waste of money & time😬
