Went during the Saturday lunch rush and had to wait for food. Despite being very busy, the staff handled my complaint excellently and promptly made my order. Clean seating area. Great team!
Always go through drive thru here as well and never disappointed. Good service overall

I ordered my usual large cap today to receive a room Temperature coffee.
I then ask for a new one to receive a warm cup (still not hot) of milk.
Yes, just milk!
To then ask for another to receive a coffee that tastes like coffee, still just warm but now is on
The staff in the drive thru were super friendly even though our driver was making it extra challenging. Thanks for your patience and giving us fresh food. However my nuggets were missing ketchup because they didn't have any inside the store which did make me a little sad 🥺🥺😰
Absolutely feral, bathrooms were disgusting, not a single clean table, took a guy like 5 min to clean 1 table. Waited 20 min, thought we'd at least get fresh food, nope, fries were cold and stale, nuggets were only just warm, drink not full, they didn't give me the bags of cookies I ordered. I'm ast

Constantly forgetting parts of my order. I order delivery through uber eats from here, and have consistently for almost two years. In those two years, I think I have only had 1 or 2 orders that was NOT missing something. Last time they missed all 4 fries, this time they forgot the whole burger. Like
