I’ve order a coffee combo today! And it was terrible!! The coffee os the worst I’ve had try in my life. I just put it in the bin, impossible to drink!! You need to do a training for your staffs so they can know how to make a coffee, or you can't sell it.

Came this morning and had the most wonderful customer service from an employee called Jade! She was so friendly and her positive attitude just made my day! I cant praise her enough! Also super efficient service and absolutely delicious sandwich! Thank you!!

Ordered via Uber. Subs were super packed with filling which is often rare to see at Subway. We ordered a 3 cookie pack, and they ran out of one flavour and replaced it with two of a different flavour and left us a note in the bag, which was generous and thoughtful. Very impressed.
