For the price you pay (roughly $16 per dessert) you might be forgiven for wanting decent service. We arrived around 9:30 or 10pm, people were leaving, we were at the front of a very large queue and the sign at the front "You will be served directly" made very little sense. Did they mean...promptly? Immediately? Anyway, we waited at least 15 minutes. I decided it might be worth the wait since I have heard good things about it, however, we were constantly ignored despite there being many tables available. The staff made no eye contact or any attempt to reassure us. When we finally did get a seat they neglected to give us a menu. After about 5 minutes we managed to get the attention of a waitress who brought it to us.
The food was good, but it would have tasted better if the staff had been a little more friendly and efficient.

Great food and great value here. Service has slipped and is it my imagination or have they crammed a few more tables in there ? No elbow room and 3 surround sound conversations pretty well ruined any atmosphere. Waiter forgot our order , noticed it 15 minutes later..... It happens I suppose. Then go to pay and the teller announces a 1.5% surcharge to use a credit card. You've got to display this info guys. It's no big deal to pay savings, but at least have a sign you can point to.

There is an issue with their food delivery of time, and also short for one of their tapas. We managed to try 6 their dishes. Only 2 out of 6 were ok. Overall, not very good restaurant to visit. Please don't waste ur money and time. Oh and the sting in the tail 1.5 percent charge on all credit card transactions.

Great food and fantastic desserts. The desserts are reasonably priced and very filling, and there's a good variety of options. Service is quite good and the decor is interesting. Horrible art adorns the walls but in an artistic, eclectic way.

I've had desert at this place numerous times and they're consistently good. Great place to go out with friends.
