Review Grill'd Camp Hill - Brisbane

Really good burger. The low carb bread could be a bit more substantial as it usually falls to bits when you're trying to ear the burger. Usually pretty decent, odd this place doesn't have ordering from the tables or table service though like a few other stores. Some of their staff were sitting in the corner talking very loudly. Okay fair enough you've finished work but bit unpleasant when you've got workers talking loudly when you're trying to have a peaceful dinner.

We had our order delivered, payed $84 and live around the corner. Burgers were cold the patties were not heated and we didn’t receive the burgers we ordered. The chips were cold and soggy and the entire order was inedible and binned. Supervise your staff when it’s busy.

Shout out to the guy who helped me make the southern fable burger when it wasn’t on the menu anymore. I had no more brain cells left after the day I had and literally just glitched when I saw the burger was missing. Man’s saved my life by making a substitute 🫡

We ordered & picked up on time . The chips were burnt & soggy . The burgers below average , the meat very dry. Waste of money …..

Very friendly staff, great service, great food. Keep up the good work. Also, there is no virus, its all a big lie. Look up germ theory vs terrain theory. What they call a virus is something that is made inside your own body to help it detox.

Possibly one the worst grilled outlets in Brisbane. Order two burgers it was cold and stale bread skata

Horrendous service. After waiting half an hour we were told our meal was coming. Checked on again 10 mins later to be told they lost the order. With 2 small children under 5 this was a horrific experience.

Fresh and fast service, every time. Never got an order wrong. Solid store over the past few years.

Unprofessional staff.. Does nt know how to talk with people.. I waited there for around 20 minute's and one of the staff member said if you can't wait don't come again.. Is this the way to talk with others.. If I was of the owner of that Resturent I would have fired that guy from the job straight away..

I’ve been to a few Grill’d restaurants across Brisbane, and I must admit this was the worst by far. I always order the Zen Hen burger which is normally cooked to perfection at the other establishments, but Grill’d Camp Hill managed to overcook (borderline burn) my chicken on the three occasions that I’ve visited. The burger itself was also not as presentable as others I’ve had, and simply lacked love. The chips had way too much herbs which overpowered the taste of the potato. Customer service is also average. Overall, I’d rather travel the distance to dine at another Grill’d restaurant.

I've been to this Grill'd a few times before and never had a complaint until I had ordered there through UberEats. Upon receiving my order I realised they had packed the completely wrong burger for me which I couldn't even eat for dietary reasons. Understandably it was a Saturday and potentially very busy but it was just a poor effort on their part. I couldn't ask for the order to be corrected on the spot so I would hope they put more effort into packing their orders correctly in future.

We are regulars at Grill'd Camp Hill, and they are consistently yummy and well cooked burgers. We occasional have a long wait on a Friday night, but generally they are pretty efficient. Really love the herb mix on the chips and the sweet chilli dipping sauce

Grill'd has to be the best burger bar around. Not one but three vegetarian options and the Veggie Vitality is a delicious option among them. This branch has a nice balcony style eating area that makes this suburban shopping centre eatery seem like a nice alfresco dining spot. Fully licensed with some nice beer and cider options too.

We came here for a bite to eat for lunch, as our friend recommended this place since she had a few dietary limitations. Simple decor, open spaced and lots of natural light. Board games, card games, and buckets of napkins and knifes spread around.

Menu was extensive, lots of offerings of burgers and a few sides, plus a reasonable fridge of drinks.

I had the Big Queenslander and my wife a Mustard and Pickled burger, both on traditional, plus a side of Sweet Potato chips to share and a tomato relish dip.

So, with the burgers, good size, great tasting, hot, fresh, juices going everywhere, that kind of thing. No complaints on that at all.

Downsides were that the sweet potato chips were a touch on the burnt side, much char on nearly all of the chips, they were hot on the inside, steaming hot, but somehow still soft on the outside with charred edges. Obviously there is some skill required on cooking sweet potato chips, but obviously its a little lacking there at the moment. The other downside was that because we had the chips to share, it was a larger portion than for one, but with the relish ordered, it was the same size as the single order, so, insufficient really for the larger sized cup of chips.

In terms of service, they were friendly, though it was a bit strange that they came to the table to collect plates before we had finished eating everything (the sweet potato chips were still remaining), as I had been dipping my chips into the drippings from my burger....oh well.

Unfortunately, with only napkins and no apparent bathroom, or wet wipes available, I ended up with dry hands smelling like burger until I got back to my lodgings to wash them.

tl;dr - Good burgers, sweet potato chips burnt, relish/dip size should be bigger for shared chips.

Rang up for some sweet potato chips. The service was good. Staff were extremely friendly and the wait time wasn't long. Then I got the chips. I guess they were sweet potatoes, once. But on the bright side, I hear charcoal is good for the digestion....I was just really disappointed because I'd heard great things about the sweet potato chips at Grill'd. Hopefully they take on the feedback.

Leaving our dining choice last night to our 14 y.o. son was always going to be risky. However we were really surprised with our meal from Grilld@Camp Hill. Yes it was a burger meal but it left us feeling really satisfied without any nasty greasiness of the typical corner shop and none of the high sugar hollow feeling after eating Drive Thru. We ordered the Queenslander Burger paid the extra $1.5 each for a slice of pineapple and enjoyed every morsel. Topped off with a regular serve of rosemary chips and single serve of sweet potato chips shared between the three of us. $54 well spent!

The burgers were fantastic, the chips were to die for!! Washed down with a crisp beer. Couldn't ask for more.

Burnt sweet potato chips. Picked our order up. Two sunsrise burgers and sweet potato chips. The sweet potato chips were burnt almost beyond recognition!
We stopped ordering the steak burgers as they went from being gristle to raw. Not sure how you can undercook a 5 ml thick steak but Grilled at Camp Hill, you nailed it!
A Big Thumbs Down despite giving them numerous chances.

Our local Grill'd is the perfect place to stop in for a healthy dinner out option. Mid week is best as it is usually quieter than Friday or weekend nights.
Can get noisy due to big family groups but we can usually find a quiet spot inside ( where it's air conditioned)!
Burger options with something for everyone including Gluten Free/ Veggos and kids.
Just LOVE their salads!
Price point is absolutely tops-very good value for money.
Definitely recommend you try it.
