Located inside Inala Plaza shopping centre Good food and location. Needs more seating for guests but it’s fine for a fast food outlet. Everything as expected for this fast food chain. Nothing too unusual about this restaurant

I don’t know why people want to be serviced with a smile, an average customer service experience is fine for me, the only problem I have is the lack of order machines that other McDonald’s have. I would like to order from a touch screen rather then the counter. This way the queue line would be cut.

Got served by a fine gentlemen named quang, polite smile and very generous. Very efficient and making sure he is achieving the highest level of customer service. Will definitely be visiting again! Hopefully he becomes a manger one day!

Ueghh yueghh it's okay, just seems they're a bit understaffed most times.. therefore it gets quite messy in front shop but can't complain, it's maccas so expectations are kinda low already

The food is cold the burgers look like they are thrown together the service isn't great and the store is a mess and the toilets are dirty. Inala store needs a shake up on all aspects.

I ordered a medium tomato relish brekky burger meal with an added meat pattie, medium mango smoothie smash, hash brown. A tall cappacino, full cream, 5 sugars and a carrot cake.. They forgot the meat Pattie. All goods because the people like Karl and Tham took perfectly good quick customer service c
