On the Friday evening, I had a stroll with two friends and the friendly staff and incredible aroma of baking pizza were greeted immediately. The restaurant quickly filled up (almost 7 p.m.) but we were able to snack a table.

Good is good however staff are very lazy, slow, don't stop things to attend customers including finishing general conversations. Often not across their orders, which ones are started, in progress or ready.

Pleae don't order from here and risk losing your money. They didn't bring my full order. The pizza hut delivery person said they'd head to the store and check but ignored my calls after. Store number wouldn't pick up either. Pizza hut customer service can't do anything and can't get a refund. Rude delivery person. I don't know how this place even has 3 stars.

Very slow, on a Saturday afternoon, and could be so much more efficient. They seem short staffed (one guy) but there are only two people ordering/waiting. I don’t expect great service, but a guy in no ‘uniform’ and 30min for pizza, waiting in store, is underwhelming. You’re flat out placing your order, let alone getting it. Another guy just gave up and walked out after not being acknowledged.
The pizza is, as you expect.

Ordered the stuffed crust veggie supreme. Lots of filling with plenty of runny oozing cheese. Plenty of black olives which I love on pizzas. Also piping hot with a light airy crust.

Ordered 3 pizza's a drink and 2 garlic breads. Most disgusting pizza I have ever had the misfortune to eat. Hardly any topping and horrible bases. Tasted old. Honestly don't buy from here, it was such a waste of money and totally putrid. I mean how can u screw up garlic friggin bread as well??? Will never ever eat from this dump again. Gives Pizza a bad name and deserves a -5 rating.

Delivery took over an hour from the time the email was sent that the driver was on their way. We live less than 15 minutes from this Pizza Hut. Food was incredibly bland with no flavor and the crust on both pizzas were horrible. No compensation for being late or any reason given and after calling the store and specifically asking the driver to call us we did not receive a call. <br/>Tried calling the store again but was left on hold. Worst Pizza Hut ever and would never order here again. I recommend anyone in the area to tr y somewhere else or to go hungry because this was terrible pizza and terrible service.

You get what you pay for and at $5 for a medium pepperoni pizza (takeaway), how can you possibly claim that isn't good value for money? I would gladly eat this over several of the gourmet pizza places around South Bank, where I would expect to pay 3-4 times as much and get far less toppings. If you are looking for gourmet, you will be sadly disappointed, but if you are looking for typical Australian Pizza Hut Pizza it is exactly that.

If I could give negative stars I would, this was by far the worst pizza my husband and I have ever had. The crust "pan" was worse than cardboard, I would have been better served to scrape the toppings (what little there were) onto the box and eat that! They charged extra for it being a holiday, wtf is that??? It truly was revolting. The only positive was the girl behind the counter was friendly.

Seriously the worst Pizza Hut outlet in Brisbane. Ridiculously expensive prices (we had a huge order) and very little in terms of toppings. They didn't even bother to slice the pizzas properly. Some pieces were huge wile others were tiny. We'll bn ever go here again. Rather travel further for Dominoes or Eagle Boys.

Worst Pizza Ever. Have never written a review before, but the poor quality of this particular Pizza Hut has inspired me to do so. <br/><br/>The delivery timing and everything was great but the pizzas themselves tasted like it was already 1 week old, just thrown in the oven to remelt the cheese. <br/><br/>I would compare it to one of those cheap grocery store bought frozen pizzas, but I feel like that would be too harsh on the frozen pizzas. Cannot stress enough how gross these were.

I've never had delivery, I pick up the pizza. Always to standard and the shop inside is clean, counter staff friendly.

Abysmal experience. First ever complaint about pizza hut and here we go.<br/><br/>6.36pm 19th feb 2014<br/><br/>put in an online order with Pizza Hut through the Woolongabba store, for 1x signature BBQ Feast, 1x garlic bread and 1x 1.25 L pepsi. used an online coupon for $24.95 delivery. all good at this point.<br/>Roughly 7pm/7.05 the pizza arrives, firstly the driver had incorrect change for 2x $20 notes and only had $14 change on him, no dramas there as whats a dollar, now the problem starts, the garlic bread i ordered was well undercooked and so was the pizza, the garlic butter having not even melted beyond perhaps 40%, the pizza being a cold as if it had been just taken out of the fridge, and not an oven, now being in brisbane, queensland and the current temperature at 27*, either the woolongabba store has an amazing air con unit or the drivers car is a refrigerated transport unit, this doesnt make any sense.<br/><br/>Anyway 7.03pm according to my phone i called to make a complaint with the online ordering departments manager, explain my fault with my meal to him and get put through to the store where i speak to who i can only assume is a 17yr old girl following a designated complaints resolution system designated by the company, and in her words "we dont believe you as according<br/>to our computer the order was delivered ages ago, and our pizzas are delivered in hot bags" so i continued to push the point about my dissatisfaction with my meal, so am finally put onto the store manager, who after explaining said details to, outright called me a liar (ever heard of this thing called "defamation of character?" let me help you http://www.qpilch.org.au/resources/factsheets/Defamation.htm) after continuing in a calm manner to explain my gripe and save my character after an act of defamation, he offers me a replacement pizza aslong as i pay for delivery... not good enough and he then hangs up on me as i inform him i will take this further up the corporations chain of command (also i shall note i requested my complaint to be recorded in an official manner)<br/><br/>ROUND 2: 7.15pm, after being hung up on by said store manager, i call the hotline again and speak to a different staff member who puts me through to another customer complaint team member, i explain my situation yet again and inform him of the store managers stance towards me, put on hold while he speaks to said store manager and he responds with "yeah, sorry about that, there store manager is kicking up a stink about it, but i organised a replacement pizza and garlic bread aslong as you still have the original.. or havent eaten all of it (right.... im gonna risk food poisoning by eating half cooked food). so all good there right? yeah no<br/><br/>ROUND 3: 7.25pm i recieve a phonecall from the delivery driver who after being abused by his manager has been forced to ring up and try and resolve the situation (by this stage, the accusations of being a liar have gotten worse) and on a 5th occasion had to explain my gripe with him over the meal, and more accusations of lying to get free food are thrown around. *click* he hangs up and calls back at 7.29PM to inform me that my pizza will be delivered ASAP on the proviso that i supply the original garlic bread and pizza and they actually are cold (because y'know, im going to go throw them in the fridge to make them cold because i want to waste there time...)<br/><br/>RESOLUTION (?) 7.55pm (EST) delivery driver rocks up and i show him the products, he agrees and gives me my "HOT" meal finally and informs me of the abuse his store manager gave him over a so called late meal.. happy ending i guess? far from it!<br/><br/>1) how do you half cook a garlic bread and pizza?<br/><br/>2) is this the level of customer support you (Pizza Hut) expect your staff, especially store managers to give your clients, as i dunno, paying for a product (id post another link to the law, but i believe this paragraph sums it up properly) <br/><br/>'Quality products and services<br/>All products must be safe, durable, free from defects, fit for purpose, acceptable in appearance, match its description and match any sample or demonstration model.<br/><br/>All services must be delivered with care and skill.<br/><br/>Businesses must honour all guarantees, including express and extended warranties." <br/><br/>http://www.consumerlaw.gov.au/content/Content.aspx?doc=home.htm)<br/><br/>3)Defamation of character from a paying customer expecting said items to be delivered AS DESCRIBED, and not in a state expected of something bought from a supermarket to cook at home.<br/><br/>4) Customer Service.. Nuff said<br/><br/>5) Abuse of staff members (this is on behalf of the delivery driver, he was not at fault for undercooked products, and the abuse he received from his manager would not be tolerated anywhere in australia)<br/><br/><br/>So to sum it up: 26.00 got me a supermarket snap frozen meal, almost all my credit used up, defamation of my character (BTW: against the law), 2+ hrs of my time wasted waiting, and a staff member abused, next time im going to eagle boys....
