Love Minato Sushi. Been here a few times for lunch. Really friendly owner, great food and it comes out quick and fresh. If you have been down go check it out. $10 ramen and sushi special at the moment for lunch and $15 for katsudon and miso soup. Great value.

Great value and good portion sizes. The owner is also a very friendly guy. It always seems so quiet but it is some of the best Japanese in Brisbane. Do yourself a favour and give it a go.
Was almost out of all stock at the time! No prawns. No Ginger. Udon dish ordered was bland as in both appearance AND taste. Not happy really, given its location. Pre-rollee sushi wasn't even stored in a fridge thingy. I hope this business improves it's standards.
Definitely a little taste of Japan, hidden away in Newstead. Great friendly service, delicious food and consistent quality. Have visited a couple of times and it’s generally quiet, as much as I’d like to keep this place secret everyone should get to enjoy it.
Charcoal grilled beef is awesome and good atmosphere in this restaurant. !

Yum Yum Yum! This place is a hidden gem! So happy i tried this place today. Super quick service and a full bento box. Compliments to the chef!
