Only reason I'm giving a 1 is because 0 is not an option. Worst eating out experience I've ever had! We ordered 2x salmon and avo stack. Waited for a very long time and both plates came out with no avo! We asked the waitress if its meant to have avo, she apologised and took the plates to the kitchen. Took a while for the plates to come back out and by the time we got our avo, the eggs were cold and disgusting. The story does not end here. We both got gastro following this horrible meal! The menu sounded good, very poorly executed! 0 stars

Arrived at 8:40am today, 2 adults and 2 children. Only one other table in use at time of arrival. 35 minutes later the adults meals arrived in take away containers, had to request meals be transferred to a plate. When adults received our meals, we were then told there were no pancakes for the children left, instead of at the time of ordering. Had to check out of hotel at 10:00am, kids were starving by this stage. Requested poached eggs on toast for kids as a matter of priority due to length of time waiting and adults meals already served. 15 minutes later over cooked poached eggs were received. To top it off we were over charged $25 for breakfast and had to chase a refund. As I looked around in frustration, I could see we were not the only customers experiencing the same difficulties. While staff were pleasant, we will NEVER eat at this Coffee Club again.

Food came out fairly quickly. I ordered bacon and eggs on toast. Definitely not worth $15.90. My bacon came out charcoal and crispy. I didnt realise perhaps you have to ask for it to not be burnt. I would never serve food to people like this.
I spoke to a young waitress and she replaced my burnt bacon with fresher cooked bacon. It was quick turn around time.
Overall, not sure if ill be back. Pretty expensive.

Absolutely hopeless! Could not get a single thing correct. Every meal and drink was over 50 minutes and they still had mistakes in these orders. Omlette with a hair in it, hot water, milkshakes for thickshakes, missing fudge and underdone burgers. Plus the waitresses were so rude, quiet and monotoned not a single sorry. Will not be back until its doors are closed for good!
Save yourself the hassle do not go here!!!

Worst attitude ever. You go for lunch, order a burger and a coffee. Clarify that you want a grilled chicken burger. Get "no worries" and the coffee. Unfortunately, the burger won't come. When it's time to pay, you get a fake smile to your face "is everything alright?". No, not alright. Something is wrong with the staff's attitude and abilities to serve the customers.

Took 45 minutes for basic toasted sandwich and small salt & pepper calamari meal to be served during ordinary lunch hour. Staff polite but clearly young and inexperienced. I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it.

Ordered a steak sandwich for lunch. The sandwich meal was definitely not worth $17.90 which I paid!! Sandwich flavours did not go with the steak and of course the 10 pieces of chips came out cold... NEVER COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!

This Place deserves NO stars for the poor service & shocking food.
Being told to eat my food with my fingers as there is no clean cutlery is certainly a first and leaving food to sit on the bench for up to 20 minutes before serving to a Customer.
When we told the staff how overcooked our food was and we did not finish it, there reply was "OK"
