went after flying home on the 17/07, and oml it was the most smack fast food ive ever had in my life. was super fast and fresh in drive through, and the tall guy with black hair working abt 8 pm was mad charming too. 10/10 superiority
Waited 20 mins in a drive through with only one car behind me, not busy inside, service disgusting as always and cold food! Anyone would think your job is hard
Absolutely fantastic customer service, I was served by I believe her name was erika and she was very patient with my massive order and it was done in a swift manner would recommend BAC Hungry jacks

I come here every day and the service is the slowest in Brisbane. For 2 brekkie wraps and one large flat white coffee it normally takes about 8 minutes
Ordered a breakfast wrap with an extra hash brown. Seriously the two hash browns looked like they had been lost in the frier for 1 year then rediscovered only to be served to us, they were stale, oil soaked and if eaten you would have ended up in accident emergency with food poison. bought lunch at this store just today. Very concerning that not one of the staff had a mask on or wearing gloves when preparing and serving food. We had to wear a mask to come into the centre but they don't????? this is really strange!
Tried to order online at in store terminal, yet was unable to order coffee with a burger. So moved to the counter to order directly. Waited, and waited. Staff walked past and ignored me. Eventually left and went to KFC. Watched others walk also.
