Took almost 2hrs to deliver my order when they said it'd take 30 minutes. Made a complaint to head office, nothing happened for weeks, had to chase them several times for resolution and they offer inadequate compensation. Absolute joke. Never again.

Ordered 1 pizza at 6:53PM, website said ready to collect when it was 7:15PM, but girl at counter said it was still in the oven. Waiting for another 15 mins for it to be ready. Absolute joke, meanwhile wife in the car with cold chicken wings.
