Absolutely love this place. However, I was really upset today due to something that happened at home and ordered some fries and unfortunately they were very over cooked I was wondering if we could do something about it?

To be honest it's zero but I have to gave him one. Having 40 min waiting time just for a cheeseburger is crazy. They can't manage their kitchen however they had plenty of empty tables.

Isn't it better to let people know, specially with kids, that their order even in a not busy day takes more than 50min? Waste of time. The food was cool, unbelievable. Really poor management.
