The restaurant is well located near both the Mitchelton train station and the Brookside Shopping Centre, with a large playground and clean modern eating area. I used the touch screen create menu, with the staff asking if I needed a hand. The Brookside McDonald's has its burger creation bar open for public viewing, which I thought was pretty cool to see my burger be made while I watched. It took about 15 minutes for my order to be made, which given the time of day and the fact that my burger was personalized was acceptable. The staff asked me to be seated and brought my meal to me. A small mistake was made, the wrong type of chips, but quickly rectified. The meal was good, the burger was to order and the chips were crispy with lots of gravy. Would recommend.
Service here has always been good, you don't have to wait too long for your food, the place is always kept clean and my orders have always been correct. Mitchelton isn't a great area so you do see a lot of people that make you uncomfortable, but other than that I have always been happy with my experience.
