If you're after pizza but want something a bit fancier than your typical pizza venue, Capers is a good choice. Great selection of atypical flavours and not stingy on the toppings. You do pay a premium for it, but it's worth it.
If I could give this place no stars, I would happily do it. We ordered pizza from the Pizza Capers Manly West store and it was extremely underwhelming. All the pizzas that we ordered had raw dough (see picture) and the chicken on one of the pizzas was dry as a bone. We also ordered the apple dessert

Nice, fresh, hot pizza. Plenty of topping. Customer service was pleasant and quick. Looked like a couple of young lads were on, all doing a stellar job 👍

Took nearly 1hour 20mins to deliver. When it showed up they forgot the drinks! (Showed up another 10minutes after though) Wow wee. Thanks alot Pizza Capers.
